Blowing a huge amount of money on Anthony Patterson would breakaway from the modest outlays we've seen and I don't think he'd be worth it given there's some good value alternatives.
I've got a couple of mates who support Sunderland, both rate him, but don't think he quite warrants the hype.

Would rather we put that sort of money towards Joe Worrall and an ambitious package for BBD.
Signing Rodak or Rushworth for the GK position should be sufficient.

have to agree think 10m would get us worrall and bbd but without the takeover we need to sell anel or souza although 17m for souza would get us those 2 and burrows

He won’t engage with you because he’s proper weird and has just been making things up and has been caught out. As he typed on here that we were not interested with his inside info straight from his United source Dozzell was actually at Shirecliffe training

Let’s not forget he said he said his source at United told him who the new owners were but he couldn’t tell us because of NDAs, now said oh didn’t tell me Tom Page.
