Davies on a 3 year deal was typical silly SUFC. Anyone with a brain would have possibly given him a 2 year deal maximum taking into consideration his past injury issues. Fucking ridiculous decision. Sometime stupidity is rewarded with poor results.

Personally, I would have given thr lad a big swerve because of his injury problems (see old thread if necessary about who said what at the time) and you could see it coming a mile off. 13 months in and we have hardly seen the lad. Expect nothing different for the next 23 months. Shame, as if you can get him the pitch he's not bad. But some lads are just crocks. He's one. I sincerely hope I'm wrong as I want the best for United but unfortunately I don't think I will be on this one. Waste of money (probably approaching £2m so far in signing on fees and wages so far). Ridiculous.
