Bournemouth and Fulham like 2 of our players that we don't rate. Maybe Wilder and our coaches are the problem.
Yes, our season was nothing to do with a 0.48 ppg in the PL manager, all on the players

Delighted with that, if it happens. He embodies everything that went wrong with this last campaign.

If the previous promotion was built on total squad unity, a very effective system, and supplemented with promising youngsters e.g. Henderson, this past season was the complete opposite.

Lack of squad identity, no time to gel, no system or tactics, a lack of leaders, players who downed tools too easily, and players who showed very little buy-in to the club. He personifies all of that.
If you like no time to gel then hold my beer….2024 is gonna be another scale!

This is an illuminating topic in the forum.
Not only are so many of our fans better owners than HRH, better managers than Wilder, they're also better scouts than the Fulham recruitment team 😄

Better managers than Wilder, no? I think the Prince is actually very astute, and has shown himself to know his shit. But, when it comes to English football, I think some on here may be better inclined haha.

Reminds me of the old Bob Monkhouse joke. "Careers Officer asked me what I wanted to do when I left school. I told him I wanted to be a comedian and he just laughed at me. Well, I bet he's not laughing at me now." Great comic Bob, massively underrated.
My own favourite, which I’ve amended to use as my own these days: “I’m still enjoying sex at 71, I only live at 63, so it’s not far to go” :)

How do they find the time ? Perhaps they are no good at the job for which they get paid ?

I'm probably Souza's biggest cheerleader on here but even I think this is mental. £15m base with easy add-ons taking it to £20m (20/40 appearances, Fulham staying up etc), stretch add-ons taking it to £25m (Fulham getting to Europe or domestic finals) and a 20% sell on is probably about right.

It's total insanity - Palhinha for 46 mill on current values thats about right money BM paid . If we got 5 mill for Vini I'd think we done well, you would think at this kind of daft money someone would have been given task of watching every minute he played for United.

From about 2000 minutes played he's probably been decent in about 30 of them-

If United get 30 mill for him - it's the biggest STING ever or at least second biggest after Brewster.

I’d love to see Roygbiv do a view from Blades fans as a present to Fulham fans

My mate who was, for his sins a season ticket holder last season said this about our mate vini
"In a better team he may well be a better player than we saw, but it’s pretty obvious his attitude stinks and he spent large parts of last season visibly digging out teammates on the pitch."

I've seen nothing from him in the games I've watched that convinced me he's worth anywhere near the money being talked about

The issue with Jebbison was way before Wilder. You can't put that one on him.

Souza was terrible for most of last season - maybe he fell out with Wilder I'm not sure, I do think there's a player in there with him but he needs a consistent team & formation around him. £25m seems unrealistic though, that's more than Ndiaye.

Theres a player in there alright but its a very average one. Can you imagine losing Palhinha and getting Vini as a replacement. Fulham fans need to brace for a massive disappointment.

Last season, we were that shit that it was difficult to judge the difference between the shit players and decent players playing in a shit team.

I reckon that we could’ve made Messi in his prime look wank last season, so it wouldn’t surprise me if some players that looked shit last season go elsewhere and have decent careers at a high level.

He needs a rocket up his arse and then he might be ok. Probably better players around him too.

You might disagree but I felt in certain games last season he looked good, the main one was Luton away.

I'd get shot for a fiver, blokes a cunt.

That just proves how much he was undersold for.
