Much easier to do blame the faceless PL villains and boo at the ref, than actually realise how manager fucked up the substitutions and we clearly have no idea how to defend..
It is possible to be frustrated with both.

The only corruption is some of our players being paid as premier league footballers. It can easily be explained by incompetent officials.
Leave it at that.
Why do people have to constantly push this notion that the Premier League is biased against us?
It's absolute nonsense.
Nobody gives a fuck about us.
True, but booing the ref today really wound me up. Thought he had a decent game, but he's the lightening rod for the venting of the anti-PL sentiment. It is possible to be frustrated with both.
i think you are right .Officials know if Wilder complains no one listens if clip klop in Liverpool complains its a big issue and the ref is taken off the list for a couple of weeks . So they lean towards the big guys and life is so much less hasell for them . Remember when clip Klop was not happy with one ref and wanted a replay and ref was suspended for 2 weeks ,it even made the Front pages and he went on and on about it for weeks . If that had be Wilder I DONT THINK IT WOULD HAVE MADE ANY PAGES .Not even saying they’re doing it purposely I just think it’s more of a subconscious ‘oh well it’s sheff Utd and they’re shit anyway so won’t bother’
Hamer’s hands wouldn’t fit around Bassey’s neck so it wouldn’t have happened the other way. That doesn’t really wash when let’s be honest.. roles reversed hamers off for an early shower due to VAR picking it up.
100%. Do you conspiracists shouting “corruption“ believe someone who has risen to referee in the Premier League and has their every decision scrutinised really has an agenda against us? inconsistent, incompetent at times yes but please stop crying victimYou're talking crap.
There's some bullshit that happens every week in the Premier League, it happens to every single team.
It's not a specific vendetta against little old Sheffield United.
Some of our fans have such a massive victim complex it's embarrassing.
What about all the shit decisions that have gone for us?
Shall we talk about those?
Where was the bias then?
It's just officials being wank right across the board like it always has been.
Because similar themes have happened this season several times. Hence why people are coming up with the idea. How can you say that with any certainty?
If the officials are shite, which they are, then it could quite easily have been missed. Which it was.
Regardless of which team was on the receiving end.
The OP even mentions the Casemiro sending off for the same thing. Why was Casemiro given a red card?
I thought Man Utd were supposed to be one of the teams that are protected?
How does this work? Are there meetings where a silhouetted figure stroking a cat sits at the head of a table of officials and talks through the plan? There is a conspiracy to keep Everton in the league.
I don't have a problem with that, I have an issue with how long it took them to make the decisionTo be fair the stream I watched it on showed a different angle and it looked fine. Not a red

The same Everton who have had a points deduction or a different one? There is a conspiracy to keep Everton in the league.
People will have different views but my main gripes today, probably because both happened directly in front of me in the South, were Norwood's childlike challenge on Cairney before their second, and the ref's wrong decision to give them the throw in just before their equaliser.
Can't remember the last time I was so pissed off after a game. Maybe getting battered regularly does have some advantages![]()
Yeah I fully respect what he's done for us and he had only just come on today when it happened.Norwood is done and much like Fleck it's a sad demise for him. Someone who has given us so much and now we have to see his decline.
Yeah I fully respect what he's done for us and he had only just come on today when it happened.
I just thought it looked a pitiful challenge in real time for a senior pro.
He didn't even try to bring him down.
What a tremendous post. Absolutely bang on.and We call Wendy’s delusional. STOP blaming VAR stop blaming Refs stop blaming Middle East gambling syndicates and START looking at the fucking owner , recruitment, managers , tactics , decisions etc. Ffs nobody is against us nobody cares a fuck about us We need to stop playing the bastard victims sound like fucking scousers
It was pathetic. I get the bench is poor but Norwood is done. Could have put Osborn in the middle and Brooks to the left.Yeah I fully respect what he's done for us and he had only just come on today when it happened.

For me the nonsense regarding getting the ball back in play set the precedent for a frustrating afternoon. What really needs changing is the cheating and bending of rules. Why can't we have some retrospective punishment for diving and feigning injury. They are the things that ruin the game.People will have different views but my main gripes today, probably because both happened directly in front of me in the South, were Norwood's childlike challenge on Cairney before their second, and the ref's wrong decision to give them the throw in just before their equaliser.

The Premier League is biased, but not against us. They're biased in favour of whichever teams have the best chance of bringing home European silverware to enhance their 'product'.It can easily be explained by incompetent officials.

So not us!
Wasn’t the check for their keeper not BBD?Throttling your opponent that's fine but BBD barely doing anything after scoring needs a good 5 minute check.
“These days, if you say you’re a Sheffield United fan, they put you in prison”
How can you say that with any certainty?

Man Utd correctly getting a player sent off isn’t proof that bias doesn’t exist.
Norwood's shot but the manager put him on. I'm in the south stand and the throw in decision is what properly fucked me off.People will have different views but my main gripes today, probably because both happened directly in front of me in the South, were Norwood's childlike challenge on Cairney before their second, and the ref's wrong decision to give them the throw in just before their equaliser.

True.
Still waiting to see any proof that any bias exists though.
