Prince , the club you own is in free fall , without a strategy, without direction and worst of all - without purpose .

You are passively sleepwalking this proud club into oblivion - please give us all some sort of direction , if only for the sake of the man who has saved this clubs short term future and your backside by getting us up .

Prince , step up , now

The silence from the ownership is appalling. Our proud history is being destroyed. To PA this doesn't seem to matter. Only his own financial perspective. There is absolutely no excuse. Parading on the pitch when we got promotion, now silent and passive.
Hecky should have gone today, or a statement of support from the board. Just silence.
I was taking my wife and daughters to the Wolves match next Saturday. Tickets bought, trip planned, hotel booked, we live near Stroud. Instead I have told them to go to Meadowhall shopping. Well out of the centre. I predict a torrid atmosphere, fighting on the Kop, demonstrations in the car park, and given Wolves fans are generally aggressive, I expect a bloodbath outside BL stand. I'll be there, sat with my sister in South Stand, I'm not a wimp.
What a state this club has become under PA leadership. I am truly disgusted. This cannot go on. Maybe you think I'm over reacting, let's see what Saturday brings. The fight and fury of the fans will be exposed if we limp to another big defeat on Saturday.

Sounds like the most exciting game I will have been to for a while.....😂

The Prince has well & truly blown it. He had a small window between April & July to sell us as a Premier League club. That is almost gone now & all he has now is a probable Championship club with 15 players out of contract in 2024. Future Parachute payments already mortgaged. The Prince is finally exposed as a busted flush! Sadly it is us - the fans - who are suffering now.

We all laugh about Chanseri but when is the last time The Prince spoke openly to the general media? Rather than to his puppets with his own agenda? There is no chance of any leadership from him given the situation .

One thing is for sure, we will all be still here long after he has gone.

Might rock up now

He's basically just in the position of keeping us ticking over. He wants to sell but there must be something up because we are not that unattractive. I suspect the way the sale is structured may be too convoluted and it's putting off prospective buyers.

But like I say he's kinda doing the bare minimum as an owner it would seem.
He may not have the capital but how many owners especially in the PL run their club like we are doing?

I'm not wanting us to be wreckless with spending but there is nothing in way of future planning for infrastructure, or that we have spent a decent chunk this summer. When you account for money in and out it's around that £20m mark in fees which is low for nowadays.

Bit dramatic

Reality is that we will go down.
But whether we had a decent season and went down on the last day or we go down by Xmas breaking all records… it’s almost irrelevant. We could be the worst premier league side ever… embarassing, yes. But beyond that, this side right now is good enough to compete at the top of the championship and bounce back

We’d need to build on it though, build for the future. Not with huge signings but with signings to expand this squad so that we have a squad with more depth for the next promotion.

We’re not in free fall. We’re just too shit for this league but we’ll also protect the future of the club because we’re not breaking the bank or the wage structure we need to keep in the championship.

Promotion wouldn’t be guaranteed of course and yes we need to make some changes. We need to change the manager or the way we play to be on the press much more. But we’re not in free fall

I disagree, this squad is no where near as good as last season. Without Ndiaye, Berge, Doyle and with 15 players out of contract next summer & with McAtee & Archer also leaving… it will be mid table next season at best.

The Prince does not have the money to finance a Championship club never mind Premier League, so don’t expect an influx of big investment next summer.

Our problem is not Hecky or Wilder coming back…..it is the Prince….we urgently need a new owner!

We've spent £60 million on transfers but brought in £30 million income on the N'Diaye and Berge sales, so the net spend is £30 million.

Think you've answered your now question. The Prince is understandably doing the bare minimum to keep us ticking over.
People want him to sell but it's proving tricky, think comments from our fans make us less attractive when some Blades are saying
we don't belong in the PL and even we don't want to be in the PL and can't wait to be relegated back to a proper league.

If the fan based have no ambition then why would any ambitious person buy that club?
There's no money to be made in the Championship, most owners only want the Premier League.
I've made comments that we should try anything to stay up but incredibly some of our fans say we should keep Hecky and accept relegation.

A61 back to the motorway straight to East Midlands Airport, that's the direction I want to hear from him. When he as left the club

Based on the individual talent that should be the case but the manager is struggling to get a tune out of the team, in fact we don't look a team.
We struggle to string 3 or 4 passes together and don't seem to have a plan when going forward.
Even the 1st home game against it was no better than watching Nigel Clough league 1 team play a PL team in the cup.

Yes we only lose 0-1 but they had 2 or 3 goals disallowed, totally controlled the game and never got out of 1st gear.
If we were a top end Championship we'd be giving PL a much more competitive game, venture in their half a few times and have some shots.

Really think this current team would be struggling in the Championship and even with loads of injuries we still shouldn't be that bad.
At the moment I'm expecting us to finish mid table next season. Think we need a rebuild, create a style of play and woke out some tactics to score.
For example we use Norwood on set pieces and he's been really poor for 2 seasons now, surely we can replace him on set pieces.

I guess it depends on your perception is of how big a gap there is between the Championship and Premier League.

Personally I think it’s huge. Bigger than it was when we last came up. And I think the 5 subs and extra added time only benefits those sides with big squads with a bench of the same level or better than their first team

A little bit overreacting !!
We are in danger of being relegated to the Championship, so how does that destroy our history ?
Just remember that this is a football match not the beginnings of an internecine war.

Prince, it's time you came out of your self-induced coma.

It's time you showed leadership. I know you prefer to remain silent but it's gone way past your preference to remain silent, you have to act like a responsible man, not someone who thinks it's ok to remain in the shadows. The longer you're silent the greater the possibility the supporters of this club will consider you a third rate human being. It's unfair to allow the manager to be the target of rumours and bad press, it's your responsibility to do the right thing Abdullah, act now!
