Who else is there

🤣 You said its accelerating rapidly, now you want patience.. I aint a doctor. Have patience.. Been after him since January, embargo haulted that. So seems we have been very patient since promotion was confirmed, almost static.
Just my opinion pal. You'll know better obviously 🙄
not saying he won't do just saying we should know better than to expect so much from him as we have done in the past with new signings . He might be great but trying to keep both feet on the ground he could be a disappointment .Hope not we all want the same but history tells me not to get to giddy and expect to much .

I agree with you but Hecky signing a LWB is Hecky admitting he's fucked up with Larouci so that ain't happening
Larouci looks far from a finished article ( based on one game against a very good side) .. time to develop.. , or convert to left midfield, he's got a turn of pace 🤔

Does anyone else wonder what actually goes on in signing a player.
Watched the Tottenham documentary when they " signed" morinho . Must have been 2 lawyers on either side plus officialls with contracts like the telephone directories that must have taken days to prepare and looked more like a company acquisition. Suppose there's legal people, financial people , medical people , agents , insurers etc. Bewildering.
Then again buying a house for 100k takes 3 to 4 months , buying a company 6 to 12 months so spending £10m on a player and taking a week or 2 seams quick by comparison. Days of a handshake and "well see you at training" long gone .

Can we sing 'Sign the cunt' in the style of the Everley Brothers for added emphasis ? It does seem a surefire winner.
I'm not one for tempting fate but I do feel I've got another signing in me.

Just need to choose the right one.

Bring back the days when someone became the first million pound player and the manager looked indifferent to it all and was dressed ready to go for a game of squash when looking bored and talking to the press.(Trevor Francis / Brian Clough).

Don't disagree with some of the points but Brewster isn't our highest paid player, quite a few earning more than him from what I was told.
I’d hope we’re paying Osborn and Fleck more than Brewster based on actual impact and output in the last 3 seasons.
