If we sell up to Burnley, a relegation rival, then the club really are taking the piss.

Totally agree we couldn't replace him like for like. But for me he wont be the difference in staying up or not. Getting a fee for him now rather than letting him go for nowt next year will be more beneficial for us.....In theory.

It’s really isn’t, having Berge or O’Brien? It’s a no brainer it’s Berge, honestly don’t see it with O’Brien and neither do any other club bar us it seems, he looks ok but is not premier league class.

Why are people trying to make out there is any positive in this? We are on the verge of selling 2 of our best 3 players within a week and less than a week before the season starts.

The replacements? A couple of people no one had heard of from the Swedish and Danish leagues. What makes you think we're going to do any better? What makes you think players like Doyle or McAtee would want to come back here and join a far worse team than the one which they left?

The club have given up on this season, the Prince wants to sell us and is cashing in on any assets he can now, and we're going to have a long, long hard season where we could end up with less points than we did in the Covid season.

I thought the team that came up needed upgrades to survive: a new LWB, LCB, CM, LCM, probably even a CF.

We've just dismantled that team and only addressed one of the positions.
It's actually quite shocking how bad this Summer has gone. Even I (a big Prince critic) am flabbergasted.
