Terry Nichol v Liverpool in April 1974
My 1st ever visit to Bramall Lane
Alan Warboys v Man U 30th September 1972. Len Badger playing in midfield. He got injured in the Watney Cup match at Notts County 2 months earlier, Steve Goulding took over the number 2 shirt. When Len got fit to play again, he was given the number 8 shirt to play in midfield so that Goulding carried on playing at right back. The Man U players are Steve James, Ian Storey-Moore and Willie Morgan

I was there a great game, losing 2-0. John Docherty, put us ahead, from a narrow angle, at the Kop. That’s the first time I remember seeing scaffolding on the cricket side to accommodate MotD cameras. The following season was another 3-3, played in very wet conditions, Ketts scoring from distance at the Kop.

For the life of me cannot remember this sponsor. Obviously mid 80's but drawn a blank with me. Can't remember ever seeing anyone wearing a Blades shirt with this sponsor either.
