Manning/Da Silva, Willock, Stewart and Wiles would all be decent signings on a free.

Da silva manning willock deffo
Possibly stewart and ogbene maybe even ben wiles but the latter three would be with an eye on promotion in two.seasons

I had a look through the article and no one sprung up as being better than what we have or even as competition but I stopped after about 3 pages and there was more left! They were mentioning the likes of Maxim Colin from Birmingham! I know from just looking at the BBC football who has been released anyway and I'd only say Ryan Manning is worth a shout, possibly Ogbene worth a shout but not so sure he's gonna be good enough for the PL. Ben Wiles is an interesting one as we were mentioned last summer with him, he's not played for a few months though due to injury and has one assist and two goals or something like that this season so stats wise nothing to write home about.

Johnson from Preston a couple of years ago perhaps, now at 30 I doubt he'd be signed as a squad player and not good enough as a starter surely.

Yeah I looked and thought the same to be honest but just thought there may be one or 2 I don't know enough about.

Ben Brereton Diaz is only 24.
I dont know whether I want him, have got caught up in his new fancy name.
But now I know he's that young, I would see what kind of wages he's on.

Seems a huge jump for him, but with a quick search is 13th in La Liga that impressive?
Regardless, I wasn't really sure who how he'd fit in with us or if he's better than what we have.
 
I'd take a gamble on Ross Stewart's fitness if he is available.
Had some bad injuries this season but still managed to post very good numbers up. A decent one for the following season if we're relegated.

Ryan Manning is the other one we really should sign. Irish international so probably knows Egan. Has a good fitness record and was one of (if not) the best left wing backs in the Championship this season.

Chris Willock is another I'd go for. A very decent attacking player on his day.

None of the others improve us.
Seen lots going for Jay Dasilva but he isn't a good player.
Jake Cooper would be solid in the Championship but not at PL.

Those are the 3 I'd probably agree with yeah. Willock is one of QPRs stand out players.
 
The QPR player we should be after is Field. Tall left footed defensive mid who swept up all their season awards. Think he's only got a year left

Forgot Pukki but he's mentioned on the other thread of course. Not heard much of the lad from Bristol to be honest.

Not another Freeman hater surely! 😉

Lad was a great Championship player (and he's actually made 26 appearances this season, despite injuries, for the team that finished 3rd).
 
Would McGoldrick have got any shout outs from the retained lists when realised by Ipswich?

Unfortunately, Roma, Arsenal and Newcastle are apparently in for him.
Let's hope he has a overriding urge to spend most of his week in Shirecliffe and revert to 50% of his current wage.
