This is my point. I'm far from being a Monty hater and have never posted anything derogatory or derisery about the man. I fully appreciate and respect the service he gave to our football club, but, England standard he aint, only in my opinion though!

I'm afraid quoting something is from Wiki has about as much credence as putting FACT at the end of a sentence. FACT!

I don't know if you read the rest of the paragraph on wiki about Monty's international career, but it mentions that he scored from 50 yards on his U21 debut. Now I wasn't at the game in question so can't prove it didn't happen, but I'm more than a little dubious.
