Well I think I just saw Iliman at barbers. So he's either keeping his hair in check for us. Or wanting to get himself neatened up for pictures for a move.
(Pretty sure it's the former!)

Anybody here Talksport earlier with Kia joorabchian and Simon Jordan ?

Talking about evertons transfers,They aren’t buying anyone at all this window apparently main man wants out
On a separate note can see Everton doing a double drop tbh shambles of a club

Mcburnie was taking the P about his hair last Friday night as they walked off the pitch so that could all so be a factor, did anyone else see it

Right then, lock the N'Diaye chamber. Batten down the hatches. Anthony Gordon is in Newcastle during Everton training. Money incoming to the toffees.

Looks like that photo was from yesterday.

It's just been reported on Talksport that Gordon has now reported back at Everton
and was in training at Everton this morning and they are also about to appoint Sean Dyche as manager.

The transfer guru, Alex Crook on Talksport has just said.

"I received a text 2 minutes ago stating that the Antony Gordon deal is very close"
His text message said "Everton and Newcastle are 5 million apart regards their valuations but neither side are prepared to budge"

The panel all agreed that Antony Gordon going to Newcastle looks like it will be done very soon.

I understand that Gordon is an attacking midfielder. They'll have a big transfer kitty and will need a replacement.
So it's feasible they might want N'Diaye. If they want him on the cheap with a 15-20 million bid then think we''ll be fine and he won't be sold.

However my fear is that Everton offer £25 million with clauses taking it up to £30 or £35 million. Remember N'Diaye is nearing the end of his contract
and at those amounts we might be very tempted to sell. No doubt this is also dependent on us being able to bring in a decent placement.

Will be interesting to see if N'Diaye is named as a starter or on the subs bench against Wrexham.
I would expect him to at least be sub, if he's not in the squad then it's time to worry.

I know that's there's inaccuracies with the actual photo I shared, I'm just always itching to get flouncy, I don't have time to fact check.

But your general text there, suggesting that they're close makes me the most nervous I've been in a long time of realistically losing a key player.

Everton want ziyech can't see them.coming in for ndiaye to be honest unless dyche really wants him

Also think N'Diaye would be considered by the Everton fans as an underwhelming/ poor signing.
As N'Diaye has hardly ever played in the PL, hardly played at international level and is still very young.
He'd been seen as a big risk, in some ways, he's similar to when we bought Brewster.

Basically N'Diaye is seen more as a signing for the future whereas Everton desperately need someone tried and tested for the here and now.

Reckon N'Diaye would tick alot of boxes for Dyche given his work rate and ethic to boot with his skills.

That said a more proven signing for now would make more sense for them hopefully!?

Everton just agreed 40 million deal for Gordon to Newcastle, could see them come in with a offer now if they really do want him.

Possibly, but hopefully they decide to go for a player with more experience and pedigree they know can already do it at a higher level.

Possibly lost in translation but how does a player turn down a bid?

Either the club turned down an offer or an offer was accepted and the player turned down the move.

I'd hope it was the former and if the latter, it would be worrying that the club appear willing to deal.

It’s just a shit re hash of a story from last week.

Hecky has said interest but no bids and a story last week said that illi intended to see out this season and see what’s what then.

Absolute nothing story.

Generally, a club will enquire with an agent / player as to whether or not they’d be interested in moving to them before any formal agreements re: fees paid to the selling club are discussed.

Obviously Ili hasn’t turned down £20 million. I’d imagine that would have been Everton’s opening bid, but he’s pied them off before it got to that stage (so kinda made the decision on Uniteds behalf).

Doesn't it concern anyone else United would accept 20 million and ruin the chance of promotion and more importantly the new buyer surely would say don't sell as he is getting less assets for the money paid

Utd turned the offer down we cannot stop other clubs from making offers.
if he were to be sold, I assume it would be Agreed between the old and new owners, any income received will be accommodated in a revised contract.

It’s all coming together now. Owner from a continent not usually associated with football takeovers.

The continent is Africa

The country is Senegal

The new owner is none other than Iliman Ndiaye

😬

What's he done to warrant a 40m transfer. He isn't a very good player. Had he come through some champ team he'd be "ok" as a starter.

Alan Biggs latest load of bollox,
the guy knows nothing yet claims to have inside information.

“Hearing there is truth in reports that Iliman Ndiaye has turned down a move to Everton. More revealing is it shows #SUFC were prepared to trade (£20m + reported). And concerning in that it suggests a desperation to get money in to clear transfer embargo.”
