We would all have done the same

Let's admit, in the same position 5 games without a win , and at home, if we were handed the reins we would all have kept our 2 topscorers on the bench along with arguably our best midfielder over the past half dozen games

I do love this argument when the defence and players like Norwood don’t ever get tired, yet young bucks like Doyle need a rest.
Whilst I see and understand where you are coming from, you won’t ever see Norwood exert the same energy as the likes of Doyle…. So that’s kind of a poor example.

You do understand that players aren't just data in a game, right? You card just keep playing them over and over and over again when they're tired?
No u can't I agree it's easy to get tired when u play 180 minutes in a week out of every 10,000 and of course football has only just recently become a game where u play twice a week ,

That first half was a complete waste of time and resulted in two goals conceded.

Doyle
Khadra
Mcburnie
Ndiaye

All on the fucking bench! Bring them all on and it's completely different.

Im sorry, you don't see other teams resting players of that calibre who have proven to be instrumental so far this season for two or so games.

buck stops with hecky for the past few fucking shite performances, due to his team selection.

No? I’d expect he runs the same amount of distance as anyone, probably most on the pitch tbf, but is very slow so it may seem he isn’t using much energy as someone who runs faster but he will be using as much energy as anyone but their top speeds will be different that’s all.

Look at the injuries pal... he has to manage the squad, the team selection had nothing to do with us being 2 0 down, it was two individual errors

Running McBurnie into the ground at Coventry for 90 minutes really was a fucking stupid fuck up

McAtee ahead of Doyle was an incredible piece of buffoonery
Seriously, you are that person who criticises everything someone does that you don't like, aren't you.

I'm sure who wouldn't have criticised him if he pulled McBurnie off, our likeliest goal threat, at 0-0?

Doyle is tired. Played 79 minutes on Wednesday after a 90 minutes against Blackpool

Just start the best players. If they get "tired" then make the changes later on but FFS always start your best 11.
Exactly, the three players who came on and changed the game, start them ffs, if they have stamina issues as has been implied in this thread then sub them later on when hopefully the score line is in our favour.

Explain why it's completely different and why a goalkeeper and defender wouldn't have made mistakes with them on the pitch?

You will stick up for him regardless won't you?

It's a strange turn for you, to become defender in chief of the manager

Can't think why...... what is it about Heckeh as a person you love so much?

Tell that to pep pal, foden rested today, maybe you should take over at man city?
Pep rested Haaland in a game. The best striker in the world. What a sham of a manager he is. If only he was as good at football as anonymous person on a football forum?

Trick is for your starters, is to rest them later in a game if they need it.
But the clue really is in the name, especially when you are playing a promotion rival. Should have been thought about.

I defend him against idiots. Idiots who wanted him sacked before he'd managed one game.

Idiots who say things and when challenged on them have no comeback so resort to making it personal or just don't respond.

Cretins who go on an internet forum at halftime during a game to call for the manager's head.

Plastic cretins who wank themselves silly about Chris Wilder.

I agree pal, he's an idiot, needs to listen to Kevin from Wincobank, you just play them until they are tired clearly

Spot on pal

So you'd play them against bottom of the table Coventry so you can rest them against a top side a few days later.
I reckon the plan is to pull them off when you're a couple of goals up, but you're the expert.
