No of course you can't legislate for individual errors but they're happening because confidence is on the floor.

The team selection has exposed that lack of confidence. Why do we have only 3 attacking players on the pitch when a) we're at home, b) we're playing a direct rival and c) we have many attacking options on the bench.

Show some courage and go on the attack. No excuses. Losing when your only aim is to avoid losing is unacceptable!
