McBurnie will start instead of Brewster I reckon. 5 goals in his last 6 start means he should be starting

Wes
Baldock Basham Egan RND Osborn
McAtee Norwood Doyle
McBurnie Ndiaye

As Osborn is coming back from injury, Anel for Os around 70 minutes, Bash to go LCB and RND to LWB

Might have to also use Sachdev for Baldock if he’s not 100%. Brewster for McB at some point. If McAtee is struggling in Berge’s role, switch to 3421 and stick him behind the strikers. If he’s still struggling keep that formation and sub him for Khadra.

I agree but he has premier league talent he needs games to toughen him up hence why Man City have allowed him here but to learn the full game he needs to toughen up and we’ll see the quality he has to offer

Wes

Furious

Anel

Egan

RND or Robinson if fit

Ozzy or RND if Robbo fit

Doyle
Norwood
McAtee

Brewster Ilian.

Bench

Gordon

Away at Luton maybe wasn't the best to time to play him, but if you can't get a tune out of McAtee at home to Blackpool it's pointless him being here. Great opportuity to show what he can do.

I'd start Brewster in this one, give McBurnie the start in midweek.

Hecky said he was back but needed handling carefully
Expect him on the bench

I wonder if we head the warning signs of this past week?

So for me, N’Diaye drops to the bench. He’s got all the hallmarks of another key injury - traveller recently for internationals - plays regularly, and now the full 90.

McAtee seems to just have got going after an assist last week.

Subs - Davies, Gordon, Osborn, Khadra, N’Diaye, Sharp, Jebbison

Hope I'm wrong but mcatee looks a little bit lightweight for this division.
I actually thought he looked OK in this respect, and in the presser Hecky said that the stats backed this up too.

On that subject though, I thought Arblaster got thrown about like a rag doll when he came on and looked very lightweight indeed.

Agree however if you speak to Man City who have seen a lot of Doyle and McAtee.

They all say McAtee is a far bigger talent and has the quality to break into their 1st team squad. They find it bizarre that many of our fans rate Doyle as a better player when he’s not in McAtees class.

So it’s good that we have no choice but to throw him into games. As mentioned Luton away is the last game you’d want a young lightweight ball player to play in.

However Blackpool at home should give him time and space to show off his ability.

Players like McAtee , Khadra , Osborn & Brewster should be out to prove they are worth a starting place - we desperately need some of them to step up + help us return to the standards of games 2-10.

Agree about the Luton game, if selected though he's going to come across lots of sides with the physicality of the aboved team. What worries me is he's easily shoved off the ball but maybe more game time is all he needs to show us he can manage this division.

I think that's easy to imagine. But he's not even that short. He's just used to far less physical football, so acclimatising.
