Ched is banged up because the jury found him guilty. McDonald isn't because they found him innocent. The judge isn't party to what goes on in the Jury Room so probably wouldn't know how they arrived at their verdicts.
 
I felt sorry for harry, foster brow beating him at every opportunity, Sheffield united doing nothing wrong whatsover, ps Darren, and the other guy pinchey i think his name is, i really enjoyed your input over cheds case.
 
problem is in the eye of the law no distinction is made on rape. if you kill someone is it murder, manslaughter or involuntary manslaughter?
The insensitive nature of their program today just a week on from the verdict and not recognising that a lot of people are uncomfortable with the verdict or that people are making a distinction that ched may not have realised he was committing rape, or many other possible descriptive terms for what he did is the problem. A discussion program when the emotion of everyone is still so raw, becomes the driving force for that program and as such invalidates many conclusions that people will draw from it.
My suggestion would be to speak to the producer of the program Andy Evans and make sure he logs your complaint.
I am sick of their cutting off of many different callers who have really valid points that make you think of things from different angles and decide to keep drivel callers like Brian the owl knocker and Mick the pig who both do occasionally phone the breakfast call in.
I've logged my complaint and suggest you do the same.
If you want numbers to Phone, I have many and think I might give them out.

i heard it as well at 7.00 this morning whilst my dog was having a shit, i could,nt work out which was worse having to clean up the dog shit or listen to toby foster,i have really took a dislike to this little fat fooker, ever since he slagged elvis off .i find him a self opinionated little tosser who seems think he is a poor mans jeremy paxman,well you aint kid. start playing the music and do proper interviews without all the shit stirring toby.maybe this this will give you a clue toby LEGAL ADVICE FROM LAWYERS TO CLUB mmm

I only listen to it, so i can what shit Brian 'The Blade' is spouting on any given day.

I can hardly remember any of last weekend, it has disappeared in a blur of alcohol, cigarettes and other substances! I can remember hearing the wonderful 'you can do magic' about 5250 times on your i phone!!
 
I'm proposing they rename the 22:41 to Huddersfield on Saturday the DK express, mind you whenever i get on it he never reaches Wombwell

Not sure, usually go to Sheaf straight after (Kroenenbourg £2.10 a pint!), then Cricketers. If it goes as we hope, everywhere will be packed regardless of where we go!

Had a twitter discussion with Toby Foster tonight expressing my views on this mornings programme in an eloquent and polite manner ,Mr Fosters 3rd respose to my post about not showing Dave basset any respect was 'do feel free to fuck off'. I wish I could show the thread but im not clever enough ,anyone can look at Fosters ( except me now) and see how out of context this was when he had asked me the question.

I heard some of that phone in this morning and it was a total joke.
I must admit I thought Foster had more about him than just to say FOff
I doubt I will listen to him anymore.
I would like to make my feelings known to Radio Sheffield just need a phone no or something

Don't forget 10 - 15 years on the sex offenders list, then he will have served his sentence. If his appeal fails he may never be involved in football again, at any level
 
If either Toby Foster or Ruth O Leary from the rape call centre had bothered their lazy arses to check the official statement on the club website regarding Cheds appeal against his conviction, there would have been no reason to run this story at all. It sounded to me like this woman just wanted her pound of flesh regardless. And as for Toby Foster, he's always the first to heave his considerable bulk onto the PC bandwagon!

But heres a thought, maybe Toby WAS fully aware of the cubs stance and chose to run the story the day before probably our most crucial match of the season anyway...mmmmmmmm............ Radio Pig at it again??????????
