Just what I was thinking.
Too much red to be acceptable to wear against Boro!
Is the collar a collar you can flick up ala Cantona or is it stitched down? I can't quite make it out.
Btw i'm not furious or owt, don't think many are, just commenting it looks a bit naff. It's difficult to explain how, maybe if theres a graphic designer or somet on here they would understand. But errea just dont seem to know how to turn a good design on paper into a good design on the shirt. They've somehow made a very solid, hard-to-screw-up design look shit with something as simple as stripe width balance between the red and black. It just looks tinpot how the red is too thin given the thick outlines. And if it's anything like the home shirt I'm guessing the quality of material and stitching will be sub-par tooWhat’s shoddy and tinpot about it out of interest. Design looks decent, badge and errea logo embroidered
That Bristol one is how ours should ha e been. That is a pearler. Here are the shirts where we DEFINITELY can't wear our home shirt...

Of those teams, we won't wear the White shirt at Bristol City, Rotherham and Stoke. Not because of the tiny red stripe we have, but because of the white sleeves on the home kits.
The remaining teams in the division we can where the following...
HOME, AWAY or THIRD
Birmingham
Blackpool
Burnley
Cardiff
Coventry
Huddersfield
Hull
Luton
Norwich
HOME or THIRD
Blackburn
Preston
QPR
Reading
Swansea
West Brom
Wigan (some refs would allow away)
HOME or AWAY only...
Millwall
In theory, the third shirt is only required for 3 games.
Also, for what it's worth, here are Stoke and Bristol City's away shirts..

In recent seasons we generally used the 2nd or 3rd kit even if there wasn't an obvious clash with our home kit! Here are the shirts where we DEFINITELY can't wear our home shirt...

Some folks eyes are painted on mateHow?
There's hardly any red on it.
Through choice. In recent seasons we generally used the 2nd or 3rd kit even if there wasn't an obvious clash with our home kit!
Do you really think that clashes?
How?

I reckon we'll see JOC before we see the third kitNot going to be in club shop until mid September at the earliest. Probably October.
Absolutely no word on the 3rd kit whatsoever.
That's from someone working in the shop.
I reckon we'll see Bogle before we see the 3rd kit
We had a black and orange away kit in our title winning season and wore it all the time.Through choice.
In our League 1 title winning season, we only used our away kit when forced. We preferred to change shorts and socks to white instead
I don't, but I'm not the Ref!

Does the player in the white shirt have one red and one white sock in that last picture?!
