Thoughts on the kit?

Nah, not a fan. Poor effort.

Nice premise, good idea, had potential, but poor execution and every bit as amateurish as Errea are proving to be.

Stripe too narrow, collar weird, quality substandard. Crap job, United. I'd have bought it, if it was better made.

Should have gone with a thicker stripe and rotated it in to a sash.

Don't know how to explain this, but that away shirt...

It's a good design in principle, but it looks shoddy and tinpot the way they've done it. Plus, isn't the point of away shirts that they are meant to be a different colour scheme to the home shirt?

The fact that there's still the completely fucking shit logistics and quality control from errea as a context to all of this doesn't help matters either.

Maybe it's the fact is (Di) Errea but I'm not just not excited whatsoever by any of these kits. The only thing I've thought is OK is the trim on the shorts. That's it. I'm just seeing poor quality all over and I ain't parting cash for crap.

What’s shoddy and tinpot about it out of interest. Design looks decent, badge and errea logo embroidered

Nailed it.

Errea are looking wank quality so far. Hope the club read this for market research. Poor finish.

I’ve not followed all the chat but read there’s examples of some stitching issues but from the ones I’ve seen is that worse than other kit manufacturers or even clothing manufacturers?

I think I’ll probably get the home and away kits this time first time in a couple of years and if the quality, fit and design is as good as the likes of the purple and pink away shirts we had with adidas then I’ll be happy

Shorts are decent, I'll get them and the home ones once they're on sale next year.

Not going to be in club shop until mid September at the earliest. Probably October.

Absolutely no word on the 3rd kit whatsoever.

That's from someone working in the shop.

I reckon we'll see Bogle before we see the 3rd kit

Home kit great
Away kit crap
Will need 3rd kit as away is pointlessly similar to home

I bought my niece a Man City shirt with a name and number on the back… £90 for that puma shite…

Nike and Puma have to be leaders in making the cheapest looking kits

£55 is not bad in comparison

I had a look and it's £87.50 for our home shirt with the league patches and Ahmedhodžić 15 on the back. Excluding postage, shorts and socks etc

I'll get the home shirt when it's cheap (plus I can use my club cash to get it even cheaper) just so I can add it to the collection.

Don't think I'll bother with the away shirt. There's just nothing really going on with it, it's basically just a plain white shirt 🤷‍♂️
