That's me and the Lad signed up for another year!
Great value this year as his ticket was only 40 squids. Who else is in.

has anyone received their renewal letter yet? I havent had owt

Why its only an hour? Not many night games usually either
If you own and can drive a car...through 'disability' I can't drive and we don't have our own transport, so we have to rely on the coach - plus I like my ale a bit too much so I probably wouldn't drive anyway :)

All in I'd miss a good few Saturdays too so the cost just doesn't work out unfortunately...but I'm there in spirit if nothin else!

Sorted mine earlier and just set up the savings account ready for next year.

Can't you find your way out or summat ? You must be starving

You on the Kop then? Love to join ya but the travelling (hence no evening matches) gets us...:(

..... same here, the travelling midweek gets me, i.e. I had tickets for the Notts County game on Tuesday but I had to be in Switzerland, so my grandson used my tickets (lucky sod).

I've suggested to the club before about Weekend only ST but they've never been interested.

Another year invested in for me and Bob, my six year old, daughter is giving up though. Now how do I explain the credit card balance to my wife.... carefully I think is probably the answer!!!

It's cheaper for you pensioners too!

No mate the corner next to the Kop for us, great view, been there since it was built.

Went in the corner a number of years ago, but just couldn't get the hang of the view - I'm a traditional type who likes to see the action from the sides, so it's John Street for me (and of course, the kids). Had a season ticket there for a few seasons in my early 20's (by'eck, them wer't days) and have always gone back.

That said, I reckon me and the kids will be joining you with season tickets. Even though I lose out on my ticket price, the price of the kids more than compensate :D

Moreover, Dave mac was telling me on Sat that they're doing out the whole concourse for next season with allsorts on for the kids 'n' stuff so it sounds like it'll be a good day out for us (and a day it is, travelling on the coach from Braddie)...

All the best & UTB!

Brilliant point there TB - wish they would do weekend only ones too - is it worth taking up with them again; I'll drop in a few letters etc?

UTB!

Very much considering an ST for next year, but like many it's the potential midweek games that could hamper that decision, plenty of time to consider that though!

Have you any kid(s) interested in attending too - thankfully my lot are Blades mad and can't wait to get an ST, which is why I'm seriously considering going in that direction...

By way of example, the under 16's would pay about £150-170 for their games if paying individual ticket prices per match, but the ST is £65  (saving Dad about a £100 - not to be sniffed at  )... and my 16yo lad will also save about the same too...

Not at the moment, I'm only 22 and only now looking at moving out of home so kids are a dot on the horizon at the moment!

However, my missus is 20 next week and at Uni in Lincoln, so I could "treat" her to one meaning I could stay at Lincoln for the midweek games as it is only an hours journey. Could be on to something here!

Thanks to the 5% reduction in the top rate of Income Tax, I should manage one next year.

:shark:

If I was a top rate tax payer I'd have an exec box for me and my entourage of buxom wenches.

Go on matey, only a bit more of that and you'll have talked yourself into it

Hats off to the club for the £20 discount for renewing online and dropping the booking fees too! Also Virgin credit card for 12 months interest free.
A great price Championship Footy next season.

After discussions over a Nandos last night following a successful shopping trip for her birthday, she seems quite keen on the idea of me getting her a season ticket too, well played that man!
