no I don’t think they will

He was at shirecliffe at 10am.

That's a 45 minute medical, 4 hours holding a flag in some club shop gear, 10 minutes awkwardly answering questions, and back to Brighton to pack his tings. Loads of time.

One last Khadra Kebab on seafront

Got to edit the signing/announcement video. If he had the medical at 10 so they started the vid around 11, say announcement should be ready around friday. Next friday

I don’t know if many on here have done much high-stakes negotiating involving contracts, but the amount of patience, attention to detail, frustration and despair, then coming back the next day to start talking all over again, that it requires can be phenomenal.
What I’m suggesting, ladies, is that instead of all the bleating “why’s it tekkin so long”, “typical United”, “it’s the Blades way” and similar tedious whingeing, we should give massive credit to Bettis and the team for, in what was clearly a very difficult set of talks, finally (we trust) getting this over the line.

Still tekkin fooking ages

Does Nixon have an inside line on this or does he just repeat what others have said or state the obvious
Not sure about his level of knowledge on this specifically. But he only had 1 year on his deal, wouldn’t say it would take a genius to take a guess he’s renewed

You're obviously not happy with us having spent £40m on 2 previously successful strikers and now you think that playing the loan market is "a gamble"
What would you suggest as an alternate?

Previously successful strikers? They had our pants down with the prices for both deals. If release Mcburnie today, Brewster on the other hand I’m willing to invest more time into.

Let’s remember that Wilder openly admitted that he was at plan b and c, as his main targets opted for moves elsewhere…..

But which tactic haven’t we, or any club, come undone wit in the past?
it was no coincidence that the two teams who got out there last years and signed players early….were both promoted.

Fulham and Bournemouth…

Didn’t Bournemouth sign 11 players in January?

Yeah wearing club shop gear but unfortunately no new Errea kit ☹️

Not only is it a done deal, but hes chuffed to bits with the deal.
