Just been to Bramall Lane shop today and they was two white vans outside with the shirts inside in boxes so let’s hope they get released tomorrow or Thursday

Did someone tell you that's what it was, or could it have been tat for the lady Euros?

I asked one of the guys wearing a Euros volunteer bib and lanyard if they were taking over the club shop and he said...

"As far as I know we're taking over most of the shop, possibly all of it, until the last match is played here"

Asked one of the club staff in the car park if we could still buy Blades merch from the shop and she said...

"Not at the moment, sorry"

Not sure whether that's just because the shop is currently closed while they stick the branding up, or whether it means we won't have a club shop until the end of the month.

Would have thought the club would have said something if the shop was going to be out of action all month

When Castore started doing the Rangers gear, they got caught using Fruit of The Loom school jumpers with the club crest embroidered on.

The original claim - made on a Celts forum rather obviously - was that the crests were ironed on. Both BS.

I would have thought off season the vast majority of their sales are online anyway so may be why they haven't said anything publicly?

Would be interesting to know the split between online, meadowhall and stadium for sales. Wasn't the kit launch/initial sale done in meadowhall the other year rather than at the ground? Other than match days I'd guess online/meadowhall do more business than the shop at the ground
