Website asking if I want to renew for 2021/2022 season not 2022/2023 season and then says can’t find pricing. Cant they ever get it reyt?

Right, so I did it again, got to same message after saying I wanted to renew, went back a page and clicked on shopping basket. Low and behold 4 tickets for next season waiting to be paid for. In the bag FIRST?

I’ve messaged the ticket office, can see em all now, only B56, raimond and 12SCooke have renewed, the fans are deserting us …….

My youngest son has decided not to renew for next season. Wants to go but the jump in price from young adult to adult is too much for him. He purchased house and this obviously became his priority. I am sure if they were a stepping gap between the two prices he would still have gone. Oldest lad did the same thing at the same time so I bet there will be plenty others in the same position.

My mum has also decided not to renew. She has had season ticket since the 1960s (once kids were old enough to go!). Shes 89 now. Stopped going to midweek matches this season because of getting home in the cold! Decided with all the messing around with kick off she was only going to a few match. She will be there on Saturday but it will be her last game.

Hopefully she's there for a play off game too....

Are you aware that when she is 90 she is entitled to a "Free" season tkt?

Please tell her from me, and probably everyone else here, she's amazing.

If anyone from the Club is looking in ( though I'm guessing she "won't want a fuss" ) full VIP for this Lady in the play-offs please.

In fairness the club has always been really good. My dad used to be a ball boy in the 40s and was well known in local football circles (he was actually a pro with Swindon at one stage but left to work in local industry as it paid more and he had a young family). When he died (nearly 11 years ago now!) the club did send along Tony Currie and Len Badger to his funeral and they spent all afternoon there talking to what was a very healty attendance!

On line issue. Rings ticket office 16.35pm. “Our offices are now closed, our opening hours are 9.00am - 5pm Monday to Friday”

Get it sorted Bettis!

I really dont understand why people leave it so late to renew??
Took me all of 2mins the day they came out, over 2weeks ago.
Surely youd know if your going to renew or not before they're released??

Iv just tried online, didn't recognise my details then tried setting up a new account but won't go through, looks like a trip down lane tomorrow!

If it helps mate I got mine over the phone a couple of weeks ago. Pretty much straight through and sorted

Applying online, it can help if you enter your details manually rather than clicking on your "saved" username and password. This happens with other sites too, possibly an extra security check. I had an initial rant, entered a new password, and it was fine. I felt almost 21st century!! Almost.

I had two season tickets last year, but need three next year (an extra child), so I haven’t renewed yet. Is it just a case of adding a new member?
