I think the team has performed a lot better since hecky has been in charge. Doesn't necessarily mean I think he's better although stats would suggest he is.

What did Slav do in his short time at the lane makes you thinks he's better? Playing fleck right wing? Or playing Burke up top? Or the slow boring sideways passing between Egan and Robinson?

Any half decent manager/coach should be able to look at the squad he's got and play to their strengths but Slav stuck to his own tactics and wanted the board to chuck millions on a new squad. He spunked all the money on players like Olsen, hourihane, Ben Davies. The only good thing he did for us was sign MGW on loan.

We have been absolutely shocking for about 3 months bar Swansea and Boro at home it appears wilder only left Hecky half the management manual and didn't tell him how to motivate a squad of players , he has absolutely zero idea on what tactics to employ other than do what you did for chris

In the summer i would be looking for a new manager and not got the job on the technicality of been the next man at shirecliffe with a coaching badge
