Looks like a peasant french woman at a public guillotine or a man in drag dressed as a peasant woman. An attractive woman it is certainly not.

Looks like a peasant french woman at a public guillotine or a man in drag dressed as a peasant woman. An attractive woman it is certainly not.

Hard to notice at first but she's turning away and you can see mostly the left cheek. The mouth of the old woman is a necklace/choker, the nose of the old woman is her chin, the left eye is her ear.
