According to Kieran Maguire, the bloke from The Price of Football Sheffield United has issued £14.5 million worth of shares Does this mean the Prince has just stuck £14.5 million into the club or what?

Basically yes. It represents an investment of capital without creating debt.

A loan being converted to shares could also look like this, but the football club limited company doesn't have any loans from PA does it?

As he is the only shareholder it simply increases his holding. Whether he's done this in preparation for a new investor, time will tell.

Seems like a new investor is the main point. Is it just to allow the Prince to reduce his stake in the club because of Newcastle? Or is it to raise funds for the training ground?

Obv will end up being something completely different, but that's my initial speculations

If its positive then there will be a press release. If not.......

I may be wrong but a new investor into just the football club? Blades Leisure Ltd ( owned by United World Holdings Ltd) currently owns 100% of the FC.

That's not a small sum of money, irrespective of where it's come from.

I just hope it's a positive sign and not someone just bailing us out because we're struggling to pay the bills

Interesting is come shortly after a renewed discussion about a new training/academy complex if it’s brought in the money for that not sure you can say fairer than that

Clarification money being raised for United World? Sorry it's just the pessimist in me 🤔
It's not for United World, it's a money laundering exercise for the people smuggling activities that we are now involved in. YHIHF

I will happily put my hands up and say that I haven't got the foggiest what this means. I don't know whether it is positive, negative, or what.

😂😂

As a newish member let me give you some advice. Never admit you don’t know. It’s treated as a weakness. The standard opinion is that it’s used to finance United World Holdings Lt/San Francisco49rs/ anyone else.

Is it to raise money in anticipation of being sued by that Italian club or Rangers for sending them Moose and Lunnytwat respectively.

I've been waiting for the shit to hit the fan and for the legal action to be taken against us for breach of the trades description act as we referred to them as 'footballers' in our discussions.
