For what it's worth, they both need to be sold. They've both been consistently terrible for over a year now.

Both will be 30 as of this month. Both past their best. Fleck routinely turns up back from a break lacking match fitness. Norwood points a lot. Get shut of the pair of them. They are not the present or the future.

We need an overhaul. there are a number of players who have been here for too long and both club and player would benefit from a fresh start.

I think he’s been fair and has given them a chance. You have to take the brim game as a pre season game. They were ok against Donnie but can’t make the step up(except Berge)

If we take the names we are linked with as gospel, importantly he obviously sees deficiencies in the midfield and we could see its transformed completely.

Norwood - Fleck - Lundstram, who served up fetid garbage last could become...

Vieira - Berge - Garner

Long way to go, but the above 3 would be an exceptional midfield for this level.

cant agree with you london flecks done nothing for 15 months now yes hes had injuries but he just isnt the player we had i think its time for him and norwood to be replaced

We have been moaning in this thread about no signings, not sure if anyone from the club can be arsed to trawl through all of the threads but putting something out like this, is like passively aggressively asking “What the fuck is going on with the transfer business?”.

The sander needs to be sold to get vieira in storyline, puts pressure on someone at the club to call it BS or stay quite and admit we need to start selling in order to buy. If the former happens then the next couple of questions by any journalist worth their salt is are obvious ones.

Our mid has been non existent for 12 months - Berge got injured then LunnyCunt poisoned Fleck & Norwood's attitudes.
Any incoming manager who didn't do his due diligence on our mid has only himself to blame for superficial research.
Even Berge , who is an excellent player in some ways , can't really influence matches at this level where , if you're 6'5" , you have to be capable of performing the dark arts and winning a few headers (have you EVER seen him challenge effectively for a header ?
