We don’t half piss about when it comes to announcing signings. The Brewster one dragged on for about 2 weeks, despite it being pretty clear he was coming.

Looked like tea time too, presser was hours before even if it was at the Lane.

Dont think we need anyone up top, midfield I would run for the first few games and see how we look, if not creative enough dip in for a loan late in the window or do business in January, the below doesn't look too bad though

I think getting Vieira in, will allow Berge to carry the ball forward more. With alot more space in the championship and his giant strides i think he will be a very effective ball carrying midfielder this season and create plenty.

Along with Bogles creativity at wing back/wing we may just be ok with the midfield we have.

Lose either then yes we need to bring a creative player in.

I think that's a really good point. After watching pogba play with Kante in the euros, it really highlighted how valuable that energy can be.

That’s very interesting. I think it’s fairly safe to assume now that the two which were originally planned were viera and Davies/another defender. If our links to garner and Doyle are accurate then that shows he’s certainly not impressed with at least one of the other midfielders.

Maybe but doyle as a box to box player and garner as a CDM wouldn’t seem natural Freeman replacements. More likely Harvey Elliot or someone similar for freeman
