Whilst all of these comments are probably true, it doesnt take away from the fact that we cant even beat the likes of Barnsley to a player anymore.....with the greatest respect to our much smaller neighbours that is pathetic from our point of view.....it really is.

As a player (playing in the Premier League) would you want to

a) Go to Barnsley where you will probably get an easy ride, make a decent impact and keep yourself fit.
b) Come to Sheffield United where you will see the ball hoiked over your bonce, get the odd sniff of a chance and then get booed off? Oh and be in the bottom three.

Tough call really isn't it?

i meant "glory hunter" as a term of phrase,if barnsley somehow get to the play offs and go up, it will be coz harewoods the catalyst,the missing piece so to say which will swell his fooking massive ego, as opposed to getting stuck in and scrapping for us,like vancouver says he is marcus bents twin, with a bigger head.sorry for any confusion :thumbup:
