That will be your opinion again then!
One of your many opinions that you constantly attempt to force on everyonelse.
If you can honestly say Henderson wouldn't have done better with both the goals, then maybe you'll have a point, but if you can say that then I wouldn't believe you anyway.
Because Im usually right.
Henderson is starting games for Man United, it’s irrelevant

Let's be reyt, Henderson made two blunders against us far worse than owt ramsdale has done so far this season.

Your only "usually right" in your opinion, which doesn't really matter that much to me.
The fact still remains, Ramsdale should've done better, which is relevant and has been every game this season.
He has made some great saves, and the defence aren't blameless, but the fact remains, he must do better.

To give him grief for the first is bad enough, but the second is laughable.
For their second goal the ball drops in the middle of the 6 yard box, about 2 yards out. But instead of stepping forward and catching it, he's just flopped across the goal...

If only we all had your power of hindsight and anticipation.

Ridiculous comment.

Anticipation is a fairly key part of goalkeeping (and football in general). Ramsdale's lack of anticipation is exactly the issue I was pointing out...

I know, he should have anticipated that the flick on was going to go to the spare man in acres in the middle of the goal and stood there initially.

Poor anticipation I agree. Perhaps they could employ captain hindsight here as a secondary goalkeeping coach.

I know Ramsdale hasn`t been entirely convincing so far this season.

However, most of the goals he has conceded have been right in the corners, and which no keeper is likely to have saved.

His positioning has sometimes been questionable, but he in in front of a defence missing the solidity of last season.

I`m prepared to cut him some slack until he has an absolute nightmare of a game. At that point we might see what Verrips has to offer.

That means absolutely nothing to me.

I follow the Blades and the activities of other teams are of little or zero interest to me

On 23 October 2011, De Gea played as Manchester United suffered their worst home defeat since 1955 with a 6–1 loss against cross-town rivals Manchester City,[49] the first time United had conceded six goals at home since 1930.[50] De Gea was in goal during the league defeat to Blackburn Rovers and was blamed by most media outlets for failing to deal with an aerial ball that led to the conceding of a late goal by Grant Hanley in a 3–2 defeat.[51] De Gea was nonplussed by the error, saying, "all keepers make mistakes once in a while and none of us like it when we do. I have every intention of spending many years here at Manchester United. I want to become a great United keeper and I want to earn and deserve the respect I hope to get,"[52] and spoke of his intentions of surpassing his predecessor: "Hopefully, I will equal or even surpass the performance and contribution Edwin van der Sar made to the club."[53] After this match, De Gea was dropped and replaced by United's second-choice goalkeeper, Anders Lindegaard.[54] An injury to Lindegaard saw De Gea return to the starting line-up for a 3–3 draw with Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on 5 February 2012.[55] De Gea later cited his last-minute save from Juan Mata during this match as the turning point in his season, as he went on to play the club's last 19 matches, keeping eight clean sheets

Interesting. Cheers

Christ, ramsdale could have done better one both goals...

How about point the finger of blame at our headless defenders?

To give him grief for the first is bad enough, but the second is laughable.

And Bertie Mee are you more intelligent in pm's or summat ?
Yes Tarqs I suddenly become a bit more like you.

It's a fair standard to aspire to tbf, I admire your ambition.
Your right I’m so full of envy. I look forward to the day that I have nothing better to do but involve myself in posts that have absolutely nothing to do with me on this forum. Good night, god bless.

Much love :-)

“I would also play both league games against Manchester United, because our first choice goalkeeper [of last season], Dean Henderson, was loaned from them and was not allowed to play.”

“Because of all the legal battle, Sheffield United decided to get another second keeper. I was not integrated in the first selection… I was completely down in the pits.”

But we already had Moore? That said does sound like he wasn't Wilder's man.
Interesting timing of the story...
