>Considering they design and make clothing for football I would make the safe assumption that they do
well after careful consideration of the designs on offer i'd beg to differ.

Typically,no-one at the club thought about the 40th anniversary of our promotion to Division 1 in 1971-72 (where for a number of weeks,we were top of the old Division 1) and what we were wearing at the time when casting around for designs to be worn for season 2011-12.

Because if they looked at the new Inter Club template by Nike, they missed a brilliant opportunity for a classic design to be brought back........and believe me,here IS a shirt that no-one would moan at.

Proof that any old fool with PhotoShop can knock up a kit better than Macron.

Decided to vote in the end, despite my protests against another new kit, I suppose its better to have a say on the inevitable than to end up with a shite kit :)

There still should've been an option E - "No Change" :) perhaps next time they'll give us this option

Would anyone else agree that the 2 "more creative" options are designed to appease our shirt sponsors and resemble their national flag, rather than stick to the history and tradition of the club? We have already seen the prominence of the sponsor's logo become an issue since they got involved with us. This may just be sad paranoia, but how else would you explain such a radical idea as the Monaco style shirt, thinking the fans would be in favour.

You could well be right, but I also think its gauging the fans reactions and exploring the possibility of a style change if the fans want it...oh that and the fact that Macron have templates ready to go for these

True. It is sad on my part that I'm worrying about next season's shirt when things on the pitch this season are so bad.

What about next season's away kit? I reckon we should have a dalliance with yellow and brown again. Perhaps halves, or brown with thin yellow stripes? Chocolate brown? Come on photoshoppers, sort it out please. Maybe someone from the club will see it and have an epiphany?

That looks fantastic. I might even have to buy myself one of those, I'd rather have a red & white striped shirt with no Blades badge on that the current crappy offering that Macron are serving up.

I posted this last February - would that suffice? :)

Alco, I sort of promised myself I wouldn't get sucked in, but who do you know wandering around in a SUFC kit that has no interest in the club?

I don't understand fella? The answer is nobody. Is the point that we are robbing Peter to pay Paul?

I'm saying that people who buy kits don't do it 100% at the expense of paying at the turnstile (ie it makes economic sense to change the kit).
