No great debates, just a simple answer. It might give us some insight into people's feelings, it might not. For example, there are at least two posters on here who live in Canada. That's as good a reason as any not to go. It's not intended as a points scoring exercise, so please don't turn it into one.

If you can have this

Yes - occasional match goer

You should be able to have this

No - occasional match goer

There should have been an option thus

Only came down so I could have a couple of pints of Bonkers and a legendary scotch egg in the Rutty!

I went... And at points it would have better to watch paint dry.
the atmosphere was dreadful at times & it took our mate 'The ref' to liven up the crowd.

Poorly with a bad cold shivering but my lad had to be considered so braved it. I enjoyed getting out of the house. The bloke in front with his bald head didnt apreciate it much though. By the time id finished sneezing from my view his head looked like a polished plate waiting to be washed after a fish chip and mushy pea supper.

This made me chuckle, but don't you think it reeks of hypocrisy SV?

You did nothing but complain about my 'sun****e b**d statements, saying they were too often, boring, not in the spirit of the forum etc etc. In fact I even remember you throwing your toys out of the pram and disappearing for a week. But alas, now you are doing the same thing.

But don't worry, I'm not getting upset or wound up. I'll lead by example and keep my dummy between my lips :D

I'd go for a green preserve personally. It especially looks good against a conifer hedge.

I was in Rhodes town having a very pleasant beer in Socrates Garden whilst getting txt updates from Maidenhead jnr :-)

No, I was genuinely wondering. For example, my mate Tonyblade would be under the "No - work" option. There are guys like Sensi whose priorities have changed, and there are those like my brother who only went because he had a freebie and the streets of Rotherham were relatively crime free. It wasn't intended as a dig. otherwise there'd have been less options but one would have been "No - mardy".:D

What did get me pissed off was more the "I'm always right" debaters rather than the "let's have a big discussion/argument debaters", like those slagging off a certain player as "never making a pass, ever, and if you disagree you're an idiot and not entitled to pick him, so best change your mind" type of chaps, or those who will spout off about how much they know but won't even answer a yes/no question without wriggling like fury.

Your statement about your appointment with World of Shed on Saturday rather than Boot Of Ched made me wonder how many of the members here had been. i freely admit that if it was pay-at-the-turnstiles and I didn't have a season ticket then I'd have missed far more than one match last season, and my vote would have been "No - I'd rather stick a red hot poker up my arse". So it's not a dig. After all, you bought a shed, not a shovel...:D

aye, aye fair enough. Still, always happy for some banter :D

I wont be going back to watch a football match till its completely turned on its head. I want clubs to be made ACCOUNTABLE. I want football players to earn wages that are not a disgrace. I want football to be affordable i.e. Adults £5-£10 Kids/concessions £1-£2.
So you could safely say that football as far as i am concerned can take the biggest f@ck off tablet that's ever been made.

For once I can say I did!

However I normally come under 'season ticket holder who doesn't normally attend due to work so boyfriend goes instead'. Roll on non-Saturday working!
