I wouldn't be oppose to something like this, it's been called out that we often struggle when Plan A doesn't work. This would be a very different Plan B, and as a 'super sub' when under cosh or chasing a late goal wouldn't be the worst shout - and absolute peanuts.

It remains to be said we still need to improve our first choice frontline, but as something different...

Put it this way, if we swapped Leon's place in the squad with Moore it would be a definite improvement.

I loved Madine and wanted him to join before he did. Kiefer Moore's a good player but I don't think we need two players of that ilk. I know what you mean but McBurnie doesn't always start yet and can come on in the bruiser role or start and he should be able to play 90 minutes most games. I'd rather us sign someone with pace to upgrade on Mousset if possible.

It's not snobbery to want to sign players good enough to play at Premier League level, it's just common sense. Same as when we were in League One, we wanted to sign good League One players, not League Two or National League standard players.
