It would be a ideal time for Utd to make extra turnstiles so we don’t have to queue for 15 minutes to get in. Look at Bristol cities system where maybe you could put a system in where the exit gates are

It's going to be pretty hard to do much of anything given where the ground is, if they raze the Kop at some point in the future then you could certainly solve that stand, but in terms of queueing the solution is to offer better beer so we don't all stay in the pub until the last possible second

I've thought this for a while, just 2 extra at each entrance on the south stand would make a big difference

I hope they continue to stop recognising my season ticket when I try to get in.

Physically very difficult, apart from the Kop.
Have you thought of arriving 15 minutes earlier?
I do that, the only downside is, I do spend an extra 15mins drinking, which equates to an extra 1-2pints, and i still end up queuing???

Got told in the boozer Worksop off a lad working down there think it’s summat to do with checking anyone coming in on a kids ticket who is a bit older ... does this practice happen .? Lol

definitely on the family stand its like spot the U16 in some parts.

Do Bristol City still have the external concourse?
Then you enter the ground from like the side of the stand?

Havent been there since there were 2 goals in injury time.

I’ve said many time that the exit gate on the Bramall Lane end of the South Stand could be opened up with temporary turnstiles installed (like they have at the arena). You’d probably need to barrier the queues in better, as it might lead to people jumping over. But I can’t see it costing a great deal.

Speaking of getting in the ground easier, I received a lime green replacement season ticket a couple of years ago. The club said that it was part of some trial to get people in the ground easier. Since this, it’s taken longer than ever to get in.

Probably giving them a coat of paint again ....
Except paint them the day before a game. Not as they did where many Blades ended up with white paint on their apparel.
Memsahib was sparking when we got home, suing the club she was. This paint wiped off with a damp cloth.
Must have been supplied by The Crab. Ex Army surplus Battleship grey. In white. One coat.

No need to raze the Kop.
They can build on the back incorporating spacious modern concourse areas, upgrading kiosk and toilets.
It would provide everything needed and even better there is hardly any reduction in capacity whilst work is being down....making it so cost effective.

Been going in the Bramall Lane SS turnstiles for years - never really had a problem.

I believe the turnstiles have RFID readers - they certainly don't seem to scan quickly enough - perhaps it's the fault of the backend servers during the peak times of entrance, but for me it should be quicker than what they are now. Solve that speed of recognition and people will get through quicker.
