Friendly Fixture challenge for Forum select XI

Following on from the Northwich Victoria Beer Festival, we have been challenged to an inter Forum friendly - S24SU vs Voice of the Vics.

No dates or venues have been discussed so far - but are there enough people out there who would be interested in getting involved?

For those who weren't at the beer festival, the welcome given to us Blades was marvellous - and I'm sure that if we can get this organised, this day would have the same friendly atmosphere too - and quite probably the same amount of ale too

I'll work on organising a team, we'll definately be able to get enough together for at least a 7-a-side.... Will they let us play on the Vics pitch?

I've added a poll to guage interest in this. We'd obviously need to set a date to work towards (and nothing too soon) to help people decide upon their availability.

For those who don't know, we've previously fielded a quickly thrown together forum team in the Mel Rees tournament reaching the heady heights of wooden spoon winners (though once it became clear we wouldn't be challenging for much else, some questionable tactics were employed ).

In the event of a large take-up, everyone would be welcome, but priority would be given to those with cast iron reliability in terms of attendance.
