Norwich 100% do not park the bus. Free street parking on London rd/abbeydale rd opposite mount pleasant park. Enjoy.

With all due respect, do you honestly think, with 30,000+ people going to the game, that someone is going to tell you where they park, just to arrive and not be able to park themselves, as there's a car parked where they usually do??
But, there are a couple down near the station, about 10min away from the station.

The fixture against Daniel Farke's Canaries on Saturday 7th March, kick-off 3pm, coincides with a Spring Open Day at Sheffield Hallam University and traffic in the city and surrounding areas is expected to be much heavier than normal.

Over 2,000 students and their families will be in Sheffield on the day of the game, making their way to and from the different university locations and areas of accommodation, prior to, during and after the Norwich game, with some in the proximity of Bramall Lane.

Plenty of free places to park if you don't mind a little bit of a walk. I usually park up near the Stag on psalter lane and then wander down after a pint.

If you want to park as close to the ground as possible though then I think most of it is resident permits, or you can pay £5 and park in the Ant Marketing car park on Bramall Lane.

How far do you want to walk and how much do you want to pay? There are plenty of car parks in town like the multi storey by the indoor moor market but it’s a bit pricey.
If you’re looking for free parking near the Lane, then get there before 2.00.

Plenty of parking if you arrive very early. But I predict chaos tomorrow - A full house plus 2000 lost students and their families, who will be driving around completely unaware of the road layout always causes mayhem. Add to this the current complete cluster-fuck of road works/permanent closure on the junction on Bramall Lane outside the Railway pub. (Blocking access to, and away, from BL resulting in high rate u-turns & over use of the hooter!)
Important - At the last home match all the cars parked on the grass verges opposite the Sheaf pub on BL were given tickets by council wardens!!
Oh and forget getting parked around Highfields and Sharrow due to visitors to the Mosques in the area using on street parking. I think all street parking around ground will be full before 2pm - it usually is. After 2pm I'd say park in a pay car park in town or walk from Netheredge. Don't chance it in Waitrose as it's now enforcing the £60 charge if parked over 2 hours.
...Oh and don't forget to wash your hands for at least 20 seconds!

The open days are planned way in advance, much earlier than the fixture list comes out. They take that much planning as its all about not coinciding with comparator Uni's. The football is a nightmare for SHU open days. One year it fell on the same day as a derby match, and the first sight that prospective students saw was robocops everywhere!

The mayhem and gridlock was a moving in day in September when United were at home, the roads were just gridlocked in and around St Marys

As with some of these comments forget parking around the ground if you arrive near 2pm. You don’t stand a prayer.

Infact I’d go as far as say that much after 1pm would see you struggle

Up Sharrow lane. Sides streets all way up. I'm not taking car this week so i free spot. Usually get parked on roads to left just before tesco as you go up.

I usually get parked up after 1.30pm.

I don't drive to games, as there's no need. But there's plenty of street parking around Sharrow Lane/Wostenholm Road.

That was Sheff Uni Saturday before year starting. Mayhem.

Sometimes easier to park in town, or further from the ground. 10 minutes walk gets you away from the jams closer to the ground.
Even Meadowhall and tram if you're that side can be quicker.

Because the pigs would be at home and when all those potential students see the zombie apocalypse heading towards the station to get their trains back to Barnsley they’ll just apply to a uni in another city.
