Change of heart recently. Will be allowed to leave the club on a loan basis if an offer comes in that he likes. Provided they plan to use him as a striker.

No pushing from the club, so not sure about replacement recruitment etc.

I would say 90% of the championship clubs would love to take Callum on loan. Just don't go back to Preston or Stoke.

Good. He’s not good enough I’m afraid. This one will go down as a failed signing. Pity because he seems like a nice lad an’ all that. But we have to move on. Make way for Eze. Let’s see what he can do.

Not surprising at all.

He hasn't been up to it.

We'll try to sign a forward regardless of what happens with him.

Makeweight for Eze? Save us a considerable chunk of transfer fee and it might twist QPRs arm if they know they have someone of top Championship quality coming straight in to replace him?

To be honest I don't think he'd even be top Championship quality now. But it would be interesting to find out.

He's been far from convincing. I was expecting someone with high energy who can take a man on and produce abit a magic with him but he's been far from it. He lacks composure so he can't hold a ball up and he's not capable of taking players on or strong enough to hold his own. I don't think striker is his position at all. Should offer QPR him on loan or permanent as part of a deal for Eze.

Put parkhouse on the bench for the Clyde and Liverpool games

The thing that's surprised me the most about him is that whenever he plays he looks like the slowest player on the pitch.

I wasn't totally convinced in the Robinson signing because he never impressed me at Preston to the level that I thought he could be a PL player, but that said, I'd not studied him much. He's still young and has time to improve, but a loan back to Preston could well be a likely move. In his defence he's played well at times this season - Chelsea away and Man U at home spring to mind; the latter when he set up McBurnie brilliantly.

The thing I really don’t understand is that pre season he looked exactly the type of player I thought we were getting I.e. quick, sharp, good movement, good finisher etc. Seen very little of that since - what’s happened between now and then?! Obviously the levels are different but all the ability (and likely confidence) seems to have drained from him.

That cross the other night in first half. Mousset really should have scored with header. That would have have been another assist from Cal , against another top 6 club .. was a great cross ..

He's young, some hit the ground running with the step up to the prem and some it takes longer .. I say stick with him

He's struggled in every game.

He's at full stretch to make any decent contributions.

Many are seeing what they want to see.

Much the same goes for McBurnie too.

We need better than both of these. We don't need to wait 2 years for them to potentially improve.

Mousset and McGoldrick are the benchmark. Robinson and McBurnie are nowhere near it.
