Are the Blades becoming a Rudderless Ship drifting in the Seas of Mediocrity: It appears so!
Since Trevor Birch has been appointed McCabe has not said a word to the fans or the press
Birch makes a statement on RS painting a dire picture of the finances and seems pleased with the football that Blackwell is serving up!
Blades then go on an indifferent run losing their last three away games and Blackwell is again blaming injuries!
Blackwell blows up at RS interview after Forest game because Giddings asked him his opinion.
Silence after the peterborough call off fiasco!
Silence after the Chengdu Blades cheating scandal!
Its about time someone had the balls to come out and comment on just what is happening at BDTBL
The silence is deafening!!!

"Silence after the peterborough call off fiasco!"

Are you absolutely, 100%, stark raving Radio Rental? What the f*** has that got to do with us?

It may have helped for the Blades to come out with 'Very disappointed for all our fans making the trip today' rather than Blackwell pleased with the call off due to injuries!!!

I thought we were the team they were meant to be playing?

It again boils down to the contempt that the club has for its supporters
They don't really give a sh!t!

I thought on Saturday it would have been nice for the Team to turn up in the Town Centre and have 15 minutes or so signing shirts, having a chat and generally handing something to the fans who had made the jouney, afterall they had a couple of hours free time.

Probably too radical, maybe Blackwell could have got the beers in

This is the sad thing at the moment. Not a single person on this forum has a remotely interesting subject to discuss. Its just general misery at the malaise surrounding our club. This is about the third post I have created in 10 days because I too have nothing interesting to contribute.

The Sheffield Star is the same. They have nothing to say about United at the moment so they talk about Chengdu Blades

It saddens me but I can see the supporters are just getting bored with everything and I sense the impending droves are about to walk. We will probably be down to 20,000 next season which is such a shame considering what progress we had made in that aspect.

Members of my family and friends who are avid 'never miss a game' Blades are all telling me they're bored with them at the moment and are sick of going back to square one every 4 to 5 years. Here's hoping something turns us around and gets Bramall Lane bouncing again soon........

Sadly I think that will be a long time coming

Behave yourself Lou! Haven't you seen Ollie and Dazzler going at it on the betting thread??

Forza Ipswich:thumbup:

Considering the selling of all our playing assets or "selling the family silver" as mentioned by some, wouldn't the expression......

SHIPLESS RUDDER be more apt?!

The rudder is about all we're left with and it doesnt work very well.

Ha ha. I'm glad someone is finding it entertaining Raul!?

If ipswich win away at Scunny tonight then they move up to the dizzy heights of 17th!!??

They're 8/5 against on Paddy Power. I've lumped on. Soon the £6.50 shall be mine, mine I tell you......aihuahuahuahua

If my mates 6th place ipswich don't beat worst in the table Scunny then i'm in big trouble!? ;) Darren will chew me up and spit me out!!?? :p

Enduring image.

Interesting you should say that as my Green Un arrived this morning and over my tea and toast I thought excatly the same thing.
There were no blades letters in " in off the post" and the two pages for Blades news one got the impression that they had run out of topics.
Very concerned re developments or lack of at the club.
Asked my grandson if he was coming to the Palace game and his reply took me back as he said no there are to many loan players.
UTB:(
