Our game was the most entertaining and biggest story of the day.... the 'Match of the Day' if you will.

Yet its the Manchester/Liverpool fest that goes first. No matter, will put the kettle on... let's see what they say on our game ;)

Deservedly complimentary, compared our first and second halves saying we paid too much respect and didn't close down enough initially then grew in confidence. Constructive criticism which was accurate, which Wilder would have given at half time to turn the game around!

Disappointed there was no real analysis of our play, just Jermaine Jenas, fairly, talking in broad strokes about the character, change on belief in the 2nd and desire etc. but no specifics and Lineker couldn't wait to get back to the big 6 script about Chelsea and Frank Lampard.

Not every week. There's an international break coming up.

There’ll be a million threads next week moaning that they’ve not hailed all our international players as the best players in the world and given them enough credit for Scotland/Ireland grinding out a great result against some country ending in ‘ia’ that only came into existence last year.

There are some right moaning cunts on here.

just seen it for first time.. Hendo was fouled.. their lad follows through on him with his left foot.. that’s why he dropped the ball
Weak goalkeeping.
Both of those are correct in my opinion. It was a foul but a goalkeeper should go and take everything in his way as well

Said it before enough times: refs will cock up, VAR is now cocking up, you need to do your own part well enough that at the end of the season you're not blaming them. Henderson should be flying out at the ball and if anyone's daft enough to try and block him they should get smashed out of the way.

How about Tony Gale on Sky Game of The Day. “Billy Gilmour, now there’s a proper football name”. Ehhhhh????? Geoff Striker, Pete Safehands, Bob Blocktackle, Tony Longthrow, Stanley Crossfieldball, Harry Holduptheball, Dave Bulletheader, Tony Slidingtackle, now they’re proper football names. What a cunt he is.

To be fair it looks like minimal contact on Hendo and I think he was more distracted than fouled and should have done better IMHO.

Law 12 Fouls and Misconduct

Before all you Wednesdayite blades forum watchers accuse me of small club syndrome bollocks , the issue I've got is jenus comes out with " they look a championship team" and then Tim fucking Cahill comes out with " FL doing a brilliant job" . Hang on he's got a 200 million midfield and they are below us in the table .
Credit wheres credit is due in my book and CWAK are getting none apart from on here .

Right where we want to be mate, leave 'em to it...

Nail on head. They're fucking desperate for Lampard to do well, despite being parachuted into two top managerial jobs that CW has spent years trying to achieve. But, according to Mr. Bleakley, United were 'physical'. Not United related, but I thought Jenas and Cahill were twats. Once again, the programme was littered with incidents where VAR/the ref. fucked up.

Leicester's Tielemans clearly went over the top on Bournemouth's Callum Wilson. Was it a red card? The ref. didn't even give a yellow card! But, because the ref. 'missed it', VAR wasn't involved. ;) I thought these incidents were what VAR was there for? Back to the studio and Jenas said it 'wasn't clear and obvious'. Like fuck it wasn;t.

West Ham v Norwich and the Hammers' Haller flattened Norwich's Zimmermann. Zimmermann was eventually helped off the field and - while Norwich were down to 10 men - West Ham scored. Once again, the ref. 'didn't see' the incident. The verdict from Jenas? The goal 'was Zimmermann's fault. He had a duty to get off the field to be replaced...' Nothing to do with Haller deliberately putting him out of the game then, Jenas? You cunt.

Zimmermann left the stadium on crutches with his right foot in a protective boot as he headed to hospital for scans on the ankle injury suffered in the lunging first half challenge from West Ham striker Sebastien Haller, that went unpunished by the officials.

Later, Haller was flattened for a clear penalty to West Ham - so clear that even Jenas, Cahill and the crisp salesman said so. But the ref. said no. Refs. are getting worse, and VAR is letting them get away with it.

Weak goalkeeping.

Definitely should of done better , if we had managed to go in at halftime at nil -nil we would of won that . Having said that we can’t criticise and blame Individuals and he made a brilliant save in the second halve. UTB

I felt sure it was going to be 3-1 until Hendo made that pure class save. He’s a good keeper who will only get better

Don't care, i'd rather we slipped under the radar with them all. It's still going to be a difficult season so keep the pressure off and let us keep picking up the points. Come the end of the season every one of them will be gobsmacked if we finish fourth from bottom or higher.

Absolutely. We thrive on being the underdog and proving people wrong, it's what drives us. I love it too!

Agree, high foot and contact, but we didn't force the referee to make a decision and refer to VAR.

Henderson has to go down and appeal like the opposition always do. Charge towards the referee FGS.
