HENDERSON SET FOR RETURN
Manchester United goalkeeper Dean Henderson is to return to Sheffield United for a season-long loan.
The 22-year-old became a fans’ favourite after a successful loan spell last season when he helped the Blades win promotion to the Premier League.
With two weeks to go before the start of the season, England’s Under-21 goalkeeper remained at Old Trafford while United continued negotiations with David de Gea over a new six-year contract.
But we understand Henderson's return to Bramall Lane has been agreed and will be confirmed before the end of the week.

And so it begins. Two uniteds under discussion, one recognised as united, the other as... well, something else.

It's not done yet
Sky sports blabbing off doesn't mean it's a done deal

And there's nothing wrong with impatience at this stage, theres only two weeks to go before the season starts.

I think we fans have been very patient regarding this particular deal but the timescale prevents any further patience
You'd love it if the deal didn't go through. You remind me of my 4 month old daughter, if she doesnt get instant gratification she loses her temper and has a strop

Shit, I thought we were negotiating with De Gea.

Pisses me off this.

We should list MU as Newton Heath in the match day programme.

Well I am definitely into it
Obviously we needed to get the number one sorted out
I just hope we told Manure where to stick that 2 million loan though.....

Well why don't they do it then, instead of making a drama out of every bleedin transfer we're involved in

They don't make a drama of anything though do they JJ, the drama is on here being peddled by people like yourself.

We've just taken the £2M out of the envelope sat in Wilders office marked FAO: M Duffy RE New Contract

I'm sand free, much bigger things to worry about. I was just concerned that a large part of our prep didn't include the guy who is going to be our first choice.

I get that but I think Henderson being here last season makes things a whole lot easier.

United have been very patient. We had very little choice other than walk away or pay whatever was demanded, however ridiculous. The first is counter-productive and the second a road to disaster. What should we have done to relieve the agony of the aggressively impatient?

We made our interest crystal clear and would have signed him at any time from day one. All the obstructions and impediments have come at the other end. Perhaps direct your indignation towards Newton Heath rather than your own club?

It certainly helps. It is what it is mate, seems like he's coming so all good. I'd have liked to have got it done quicker, but I'm sure CW feels the same.

I have to say though, it does sometimes seem we have more issues getting deals over the line than other clubs. But there you go.

Perhaps it just seems that way. Which of us follow the fine detail of other clubs’ transfer negotiations? If, as I suspect, the deals take a long time because we’re protecting our own interests than I’m all for it. Alternatively put Max McMaxster in charge of transfers. We’ll have great fun signing Enni and Evry Fucka but we’ll be insolvent in no time...

You haven't been patient at all, so you can forget pinning that badge to your chest.

Really ????
You know that for a fact do you ?

Theres not an impatient word been said about it until the last couple of days because it's now reached a critical time where we cant wait any longer

I think it's been like that since transfer windows were invented. Even now, when the club is seemingly awash with money, CW insists on being prudent. Wouldn't have it any other way. :)

I'm glad you got it correct, the club being shit that is.
Wilder might perform another miracle for another season or so with sub standard signings that he's able to get, but it doesn't alter the fact that the club is shit
I've no idea what was said previously, and don't know who you are, or what you posted , to who. But from all your posts in the last few days, I can't understand why you have anything to do with the club or this forum.
Did you think we were shit when we went up on 100 points, or when we smashed Wednesday on bouncing day and auto promoted to prem without the fear of the playoffs etc etc etc??? We are playing some of the most interesting football and this is a golden era for most right minded fans. If you're so unhappy now, it's time to pack it in and find a new hobby.

Yes, I know that for a fact. Your post is justifying being impatient.

I'm not sure where you derive from my post that I'm blaming anyone

We should have walked away the minute he went looking for a new Man Utd contract.

I've said that from day one and said practically nothing else about it until now. The impatience has come in the last few days because we simply can't wait any longer

Probably not, we're just more interested in our club and let other clubs transfer news pass by unnoticed. 🤔

Fair comment. I never meant to imply any statement of fact when the fact is I haven't a Scooby.

TPS, when you first started posting lots on here thought you were a pig, I wasn't sure but eventually decided you probably were, I, like most then realised no, you ain't and apologise, however why do you want to make life sooooo difficult for yourself, I get the impression you don't have many/any mates, haven't heard from you for a while then this, why? I speak as a friend of course 😇
