He's coming back from a 2 month injury and has probably only been fit for a couple of weeks.

Our fitness staff have a brilliant record for getting and keeping players fit so it's obvious why Fer appeals to us on a free transfer. We'll believe we can get him back near his best and have a big asset on our hands.

He told the Dutch media yesterday that he hopes to get signed by feyenoord, while their coach said that Fer played very well yesterday. So like I said, that's basically a done deal. Only thing that could blow it is the fact that feyenoord has next to no money, so if Fer wants to have a bigger paycheck he might be open for us

He also said that he has multiple options, so I assume that the interest of Sheffield United is real.

Fer's injury must have been bad, poor fella couldn't even support himself...

As for McBurnie, he looks quite scrawny but is strong for his weight. As I've said before, only physical development is needed for him to become a very good player.
