Quite possibly. Not suggesting Maupay is done or anyone else for that matter.All I’m saying is the comment about agents playing up scans almost perfectly with what RC said.

I don't think he's signing. But I can understand his motivation, in any walk of life you're waiting till all offers are on the table before making any decision. Presume this is whats happened. Also, the lad has no special connection to Sheffield United so I don't see a problem with him waiting till any better offers come along.

Would've liked him, but it's not the end of the world. We've already added an extra dimension with Robinson (which we needed to rectify).

To be honest the main reason I wanted Maupay was I felt we really needed pace up front and someone who could find the net etc etc

But I thought he was always going to be something off a risk, anyone at that price who hasn’t played prem football was always going to be something of a risk

So if we get moosey over the line I think I’m more than happy to let mopey walk somewhere else, not saying they are same player just that moosey and Billy cover what mopey would bring
