Giddings on RS last night made a point of saying a few times that the 'significant' signing 'may or may not be PJ'. I took that as him being a bit of a tinker, meaning someone else being announced very soon.

In replying to another poster Giddings said there was only 1 signing and that he assumed the 'significant' one was Jagielka
