That was taken on the European tour of 1973, the height of the glam rock scene probably. Bit of a resemblance to Brian Connolly of Sweet.

Probably right. They played in Turin, that was the tour of the infamous yellow England shirts. Someone at the FA thought emulating the Brazil kit would bring success, it didn't.
