Is it possible to have a less stable ownership than ours at present?
We are in the midst of a ownership battle in court, so probably not. But at the end of said court case we’ll be a Premier League club with one owner. WBA will still be a championship club and still have terrible owners.

Apologies mate I was being a thick cunt (no change there) and thought it was WBA who got promoted via the play offs but that was Villa wasn't it.

In that case, you are very correct.

Our manager is good friends with Darren Moore, and I think commented on his harsh dismissal at the time, perhaps that would also be a factor(not the main one though)in him not even contemplating the job.

Slow window, in which only 1 premier league side has made a signing...

Ade, I knew someone would say that! I'm just saying that it feels frustrating and it feels like we're second best to sign almost everyone we're interested in. Before you or someone else says it, yes that means the players we are after are good players!

I often have brain farts, don’t worry about it 🤡

Be careful with regards to West Brom. I know you’re a WUC at times but West Brom are not as stable as you think

Sorry to shit on your parade

coincidence that this has come out shortly after the rumours we’ve apparently missed out on jota? wilder reminding the dickheads that they need to put the club first again?

It’s hardly new news that WBA are interested in Wilder – they’ve made enquiries before.

It would be completely new news that Wilder was considering anything else at this stage. Ignore the courtroom drama, the important thing is that whether Wilder’s environment is allowing him to manage the way he wants to. His last comment on the matter was that it was, and he actually praised both owners for coming to an arrangement to facilitate this while they battle it out away from the club.

That, till further notice, hasn’t changed.

Pissed off that he's leaving but hopefully the next manager will use the players to good effect.
No reason why we can't use the same or better tactics with a different coach.

when he could get a larger budget and a more stable ownership at WBA.

Where exactly is your evidence that Lai Guochuan, the owner of WBA is more stable than Mccabe or the Prince?

This is the stable owner that got rid of Darren Moore, a few weeks before the Play offs and his successor did just as bad.

CW will go somewhere - he is worth far more than a club like WBA.

Wilder will be going up a level of club, IF he leaves us - not downwards to someone like WBA.

The whole thread and idea that he'll up sticks for WBA is a compete fantasy.
