i just tried to renew ST's on my iPad from the link in the New Season Ticket Thread.

I was directed to a new site and had to reset password, they've lost one of my seats so I've emailed them

Tried the bookmark link on my rarely used Laptop. It took me to the old SUFC website and went to the old ticketing website. On there it shows your loyalty points history (not on new site) and some bugger has bought a SWFC ticket 1/3/19.

Just as I found the purchases details my mate rand and told me to delete old ticketing link and try the new site again.

Without thinking did it and lost the nobs details.

Does anyone have link to old ticket website?

Got the bugger, used my details for SWFC/LEEDS games. There you go Ainsley Harriott number 4
I'm not quite following this B56. Are you saying that someone you know, has somehow found out your membership number then gone onto the website and used your loyalty points to get themselves a ticket?

This is very unlikely unless you shared that information with them in the first place? I have about half a dozen names under my "Friends and Family" section - in theory I could use one of my mates details to order tickets for a game if he wasn't going himself, and he'd benefit from the points. But why would anyone do that, to a mate, without asking them first?

Might be getting to the bottom of this but it's now gone international (not that dramatic the person who knows is on holiday). Might be someone who was given OK to use me as a one off when I couldn't go after buying a ticket but has decided it's ok to do it as he wishes without asking, I await confirmation
Won't be happening again. However, it raises a question why I could access the payment details on the old ticketing website but couldn't get the same details on the new website. Might just be I need to get practice with the new site. Ticketing, it's a Bing thing.

When I rang up to get pig tkts they asked me the post code for each number I had. I didn't know them all, when I asked why they said they'd had "a lot of fraud". So unfortunately it seems it was happening quite a bit. (probably just for that high profile game)
