Madine would have likely been on the bench for Saturday anyway. But I'm guessing that'd a three-match ban now?
Would be yes, unless we have other angles that we could appeal it under.

I thought it was beyond doubt and the ref couldn’t get his card out any quicker, that’s enough evidence for me.Horrendous? I thought it was a yellow, you disagree, fair enough. But it certainly wan't beyond doubt.
didn't look like a red to me, but the I don't have an agenda.
End of the day it doesn’t matter what we all think does it.
I’ve just seen a replay, it looks even worse.Horrendous? I thought it was a yellow, you disagree, fair enough. But it certainly wan't beyond doubt.

Agreed mate. It was like it was in slo-mo.Nor to me Andy, really harsh decision. Yellow, maybe....red, never in a million years.
And what difference does it make whether you or I think it’s a yellow?Apart from the fact we've lost a striker who plays every game for the next 3 matches.
Eat OTT. ONE mistake doesn’t make him a liability FFS. It’s up to him to learn from it and for Wilder to make sure he does.It was a red card, there can be no complaints.
It was a brainless thing to do, and there was absolutely no need to do it.
Things like that make him a liability and I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s lost Wilder’s trust after that. He very nearly screwed up our automatic promotion challenge tonight, and I imagine the other players were livid with him.
He clearly attempted and had as much chance in doing so as Vaulks did on Saturday. At the time I didn’t think it was a red and having seen the replay above I still don’t think it is. He’s clearly attempted to win the ball and it’s not like it’s two footed.

Let’s just keep it real and move on. We won and move onto Leeds and though the players will be regretting the fact that Madine’s not going to be part the squad, not dwelling on his one stupid brain fart of a tackle.
This is the moment he launches the tackle, you could say there's a ball to be won there, but he's too slow and the defender is quicker to get his foot on the ball, meaning Madine hits him:
