I couldn’t give a fuck what you think.

I pay my money for my season ticket, I do so on the back of what the club says like ‘we’ll be vetting players characters’ to make sure they are right for us. I’m perfectly entitled to express my disgust both on social media and in the ground!

So you buy a season ticket because the manager vetts potential signings? Brilliant

Remember how much we improved straight away? As a team already challenging for automatic we suddenly looked much more threatening, the opposition seriously struggled to deal with a team that had a direct threat and could hit it long, whilst also passing through them and pinning them back onto the canvas with exquisite football.

Clarke and Mcgoldrick win next to nothing in the air, plus on n set pieces having JO’C, Egan and Madine in the same box will make us lethal imo.

Not to mention, Hanson had never scored goals anywhere, if Madine can recreate that unreal goal scoring run he had for the pigs he could be the center forward that fires us to top of the league come may.

Think Gary Madine is an excellent signing
Oh yeah, oh yeah, I'm feeling it....20190107_182950.jpg

Yes, he did. He went through a good spell but he played nearly every minute of those games in a system that was set-up purely to feed him. Incidentally, half of those goals were penalties. He scored five from open play in 28 games with 5 assists. The season before played 32 with 5 goals and 1 assist.

McGoldrick scored 4 goals last season and 5 the season before....in 16-17 season he played almost every minute, are you happy with him now? Sometimes certain tactics suit certain players. Give him a chance.

Did Horsfield (you got his name wrong) sign from Bradford? You seem more than a little confused, you shouldn't post again you aren't getting anything right.

Fuck me, we didn’t sign Hanson from Bradford for ourselves, Bradford were barely even a threat for automatic come january.

The only player we’ve been known to sign to stop the opposition going up is Horsfield from Leeds

The slate is clean for me in terms of FOOTBALL - he should be given time to see if he is actually a reformed character. Prison might have changed him away from the dark side.

Yes, twat in the past and it's quite obvious we would have preferred someone else.

He's here now - it's about the team, not the individual and what you should all remember - Wilders signed him, so he obviously sees something that can benefit the team. I hope he gets 10 goals and helps create another 15 for Billy.

UTB

Wilders happy, Billys happy, Garys happy, I'm not.

Good job I don't count.

I thought McGoldricks problem was he played nowhere near all the minutes. Not fact checked but looking at the view from Ipswich fans implied if he had a good run injury free (which he has) he would score a good amount ( which he has).

To be fair mate, whilst the original post you were replying to went a bit OTT, I do see where he's coming from, Sparky The Blade is only defending what he believes are the values of his club, what United stand for. He's not even assuming what these values are, he's simply going on what Wilder has said in the past. And it's not hard to out 2 and 2 together and see how Madine is a full weight who completely contradicts those values. Sparky's response, whilst you might not agree with it, shows just how much this matters to some people. United have signed a player who broke one of their own fan's jaws. And who has been strongly anti-United in the past, many are bound to want to tell Madine to fuck off or to see him as not completely committed to the cause, not hard to see why is it? To see why he might just be in it for the money. They're also really apprehensive about a bloke recognised as a full on dickwad upsetting the good thing we've got going here. We're bang in form, able to be punching above our weight, high in this division because everyone is United. Nowt should interrupt that. I'm the same in that sense.

And to go back to your eloquently put original points (;)) I actually have the unusual perspective of being able to comment on how he is on the pitch, on the training ground. A close mate of mine coached him at a few of his previous clubs. Believe me or not, no skin off my nose, but he says he's the hardest work of all the players he's every coached, a bad egg who didn't change over several years, often on the piss/hungover and the clubs regularly had to bail him out (not always literally!) but avoid stuff coming to the media's attention. His words: the biggest diva I've worked with.

Sounds great, eh?

And when all this is said and all the toys are back in the pram our manager who has worked wonders at this club wanted him and thinks he will add something to the team! I’m pretty sure players within the team will have been consulted and don’t forget Madine has played with some of these players.

If it doesn’t work out so be it but the meltdown by some of our fans is embarrassing! Calling out the manager, they will be the first to moan if he goes and we drop like a stone. I trust him and believe he will have done due diligence on the player. Fair enough some fans are not happy but some are showing themselves up and they need to be extremely careful about what they wish for.

All part of wilders battle of egos and desire to be fans favourite with Billy evidenced by not wanting to start him at beginning of season so Billy kicking off on twitter. No love lost at all. For QPR will start madine and mcgoldrick to rub it in. Madine may finally get a head on our dozens of corners every match and become a hero. Never dull at BDTBL.

So you actually think wilder didn’t start billy at start of season due to egos? Wow have some of our lot gone stark raving mad! If I was wilder sat reading some of his shit I would say fuck em!

Yeah, amongst other things. I'm especially more likely to buy my children season tickets after the manager says he won't sign a scumbag but then again he's just gone and signed one so in the future he's clearly best not being believed.

He actually hit quite a few people, one for supporting our club. That could have been you, it was random after all.

I know a few who know him personally and not one has anything good to say about him. One referred to him as the worst human being they have ever encountered.

A great role model for our younger fans! Well done Blades, proving that you really are a club for dregs!

What are you even on about with this? Just get over it. No need to be so sanctimonious , he’s a football player. We’ve hired him to score for Sheffield United no more no less

dont post on here much but my god do.people get off on mock disgust ,what sort of world do these people.live in, mental

I’m shaking my head at this sort of shit! You know what fella stick to your word if the manager and the club has disgusted you that much don’t go. Nobody forces you to go, should Wilder resign then? I’m sure you will be extremely happy if we don’t go up so you can come on and tell everyone how it was all Madine’s fault.

These meltdown are absolutley embarrassing!

Are you real or just having a laugh? You must live in a strange world, you’re actually quite funny.
If you’re being serious then apologies...would love to meet you and explain a few things about life.
