Ched scores

As far as ethics goes, comparing Ched and Madine is like comparing a bottom feeder with another bottom feeder. Just one’s good at championship level and one isn’t.

Which one is that? Given that Madine has only scored one more goal at Championship level than Ched?

I mean we can also talk about how Madine has only managed 20 more goals than Ched despite playing 177 more games if you like?

Last season Gary Madine scored 10 goals by January for a terrible Bolton side, equating in a potential £6mil move to promotion chasing Cardiff.

Ched Evans still hasn’t scored for us since coming out of prison and is currently at League One Fleetwood.

Gary Madine has hardly played this season meaning its highly likely he wont be fit. I'm presuming if he was to be signed we'd want him to make an instant impact.

Ched Evans didnt have the impact he could have last season for that exact reason. He's out on loan and has been scoring goals. The way we are playing at the minute he will get chances. Imo he will be fitter than last season and is worth a punt.

Btw if he's coming here, it definitely won't be a potential £6mil given the fact he's being shipped out on loan. Not that Cardiff paying over the odds for him holds any relevance.

The whole Ched Evans thing is a tedious chapter that needs closing as soon as is possible.

He'll never play for us again - good luck to him finishing his career off elsewhere. Rotherham maybe?

No it isn't. Ched has a clean criminal record. He isn't a violent piggy thug. By all accounts his behaviour since returning has been exemplary, a credit to the squad.

He cheated on his missus with a drunken bird his mate had already shot his muck up.

Still go to church? Or do you just set the standards that you want everybody else to adhere to?
Ah of course because thinking cheating is deplorable is of course o my something a churchgoer would believe.

I'll help you then.
The one that isn't a criminal offence is much better than the one that is.
I’ll help you then, both are very distasteful actions. Both happened over 5 years ago.

Time to move on.

Ched doesn't have a clean criminal record.

He got done for insurance fraud regarding a Mobile phone he claimed to have lost and was subsequently found using.

I think booing your own team is stupid. I also think betraying the trust of someone who loves you is disgusting.
Agreed. My only problem is that he’s never apologised to billy apart from a text sent to another player?.
Ched apologised to everyone for his actions.

By all accounts Madine for the last 2/3 years has been off the beer, knuckled down and has been no bother at all. In that time he’s scored championship goals and been promoted to the premier league.

Not to get involved too much but nobody just walks over and chins someone for no reason. Especially a professional footballer in public. He might not of deserved it but the notion that it was completely unprovoked is ridiculous. Will of been a blade talking his mouth of like people do in the stands forgetting they're just regular people with an exceptional talent.

I actually have been out a few places with Madine and he always came across as a rough kid that made something of himself without the guidance of people around him which showed in the decisions he made particularly early in his career.
