CONFIRMED Away Kit Thread: here we go!!!!

I know some of you are moaning about going for that colour again but I think we've nailed it with this one.
Striking while being understated in design. I think it's class, massive sponsor as usual but who's isn't?
Genuinley, I think it's my favourite shirt I've seen of ours in my entire adult life.

It's good, but there's a different shade of black on the front to the rest of the shirt.

I’ve just seen the home shirt in the flesh and it looks and feels better than the pictures give it credit for but I’m obviously one of only a few people who seemingly think this.

The sponsor should’ve been black but they want to show their product and for people to know who they are so it’s up to them, I mean how else could we afford George Longs’ wages? :)

I prefer the plain back so you can see the numbers easier but what it boils down to for me is are the players wearing the fucker actually any good?

I'm one of the weirdos (apparently) that actually quite likes the home kit but just on your point about look and feel, it's easily the highest quality United shirt I own/ ever made I suppose since technology usually progresses. The stitching and materials are first class.

Looks like the away kit is made of the same woven fabric too from the close ups.

I like it and imo is a hundred times better than the bloody dire home shirt..... Although I've always liked the day glow kits.

I'll be buying myself the away shirt and the little 'un the away kit.
 
Looking on my laptop now rather than my phone and it still looks crap. It's boring, we've done it numerous times before. Let's have something different FFS, this should have been left in the 90's.
 
Look at the state of the shorts, they're like something you'd have to wear for PE at school!! Adidas have well and truly fucked us over this season!

At least all the items in this kit look like they belong together.

The shirt/shorts/socks combo for the home kit makes you look like the poor sod who forgot his PE kit and had to raid the lost property.

Why do some of our fans hate our colours so much? It's bad enough that Adidas twat about with our identity so much, but for our actual fans to want dumb shit like no stripes and a black badge is madness.

We play in stripes. Monochrome badges look like a shit ugly splodge and a Yorkshire rose is white, not black. That orange monstrosity on Leicester's away kit is barely even recognisable as their logo.
 
Loving it.

Not the shirt, obviously, but the very idea that kit fuckwittery is almost over for 2018. A few more pages of moans on this thread (and maybe a few more on the home one after the first appearance at BDTBL) and the world can settle down again.

Prediction of next outbreak of KF. February if we're doing really shit. April if we're sliding from play-off contention, May if we're having a blinder. Please God it's May.

I don’t hate the colours of our kit. Adidas haven’t as yet fucked about with our identity. We have stripes on the front. I agree with the badge bit in fairness but it isn’t black anyway so it’s irrelevant.

So, after all that I haven’t got a clue why you quoted me with this dumb shit. ;)

There’s some reyt Mardy fuckers on the kit threads. :)

Kit design and choice is, it seems, operated by morons who place total emphasis on the aesthetic of the design and zero thought to the practicality. And what absolute tool at the Lane said, yes that's OK without pointing out that both kits had black shorts?

They'll have made lime shorts too. They're just uglier for the kit buying public, so officially they're black. Last season's purple away had purple shorts too, but we hardly wore them.
