Dear all,

Please, please when you have a match ticket, can you ensure that you read the ticket correctly to ensure that you sit in the seat stated to avoid any confusion.

Sadly, when you sit in the seat that indicates the turnstile number and not the seat number, you find that others come along that want to sit in their seat (that happens to be their season ticket seat, so you can understand why they want to sit there).

Once you have finished moaning that you don't want to move and you got there first, please move to the correct seat as shown to you, rather than another random seat. Then when you decide to go to the correct seat (finally), please don't mutter under your breath how ridiculous it is, and how it's stupid. YOU are the one who sat in the wrong seat, not me.

On another note, please set a good example to the children who are with you, by sitting in the correct seat and not being arsey when asked to move to your correct seat.

Yours,

Me.

Rant Over :) If this was you last night, then I apologise for making this public, but I'm sure that you can understand my frustration when finding that someone else was sat in my seat, the seat that I have sat in for approximately 20yrs. As far as I'm concerned it's the best view in the ground, and it fits my bottom perfectly, so yes, I'd like to sit in my own seat thanks. That's why we have specified, reserved seating. I'm sure if you loved your own seat so much, you'd have the same feelings if roles were reversed.

I was whinging about someone nicking my seat before I could be bothered to go down and buy it... but it turned out to be my seat neighbour's missus who was lovely :)

It does irritate me when people tut about being moved on when they aren't meant to be there though. Or if you've been told it's unreserved seating, sit anywhere, then someone decides they want to sit in the seat they have on their ticket and move you... despite the fact you were there early to get the best seats for a reason.

If it's specified unreserved seating - then fine - I've no problem with it. If I've not got my ticket in time and someone else has snapped it - fine (not that they would because we have the cup tie option scheme so we get them automatically).

When it's just plain ignorance then I get pissed off!! I get pissed off more when they start ranting and moaning in front of young kids who are with them! It's hardly setting a good example!

Oh yeah... it definitely wasn't the case last night.

The game I had in mind when saying that was Swansea away. A man quite happily sat slap bang in the middle of us all because that was his seat... when we were told it was unreserved as we got on to the stand.
