I've just called to see when I can move my dad's seat. They said that renewals need to be done by tomorrow and there's no set date as to when the non-renewed seats will be available. She said to just keep an eye on the website.

Yeah, it's going to be a little while. They also have and cross over in the finance stuff to deal with.

Those unoccupied seats people are complaining about could be allocated for club staff my last season ticket on the south stand was a staff ticket. This was around 1999 things may be different now but club staff got a season ticket and one for their husband/wife (very generous of the club) broke my heart when we split up didn't give a toss about her but the loss of a free ST was very upsetting.

If you have renewed can you get a refund if you change your mind anybody ?

Did you buy it online? If so the Distance Selling Regulations come in and you'll have a 14 day cooling off period I do believe.
